Olympic Quidditch teams jerseys available for purchase now – go support your country!
The sport of Muggle Quidditch is growing increasingly popular around the world and this has never been more evident than with the upcoming exhibition matches that are taking place at the 2012 Summer Olympic Torch Ceremony in Oxford, London this July.
At this time, four countries will be represented for this incredible honor: Team UK, Team USA, Team Australia, and Team France.
Now it’s your turn to help support the International Quidditch Association and the individual players that hold the honor of being selected to represent their country. The official team jerseys are available for purchase and the proceeds will go to the IQA, and the individual player if you purchase their jersey.
Designed by the IQA and manufactured by Quiyk, the Team Jersey is the first completely sublimated jersey made for the sport of Quidditch. Constructed with all new ultra-light Quiyk fabric (which is 18% lighter than old Quiyk fabric), this uniform has all the other features you’d expect from a Quiyk product. Make sure you’re repping your favorite country this summer so you can show those Muggles what a real sport is.
Hi-res images of the jerseys for Team France, Team USA, Team Australia and Team UK are available to view in our gallery.
The Official Team jersey is available for only $49.99. However, if you purchase a particular player’s jersey with name and number for $64.99, the proceeds will go to support that player. Or, you can order a custom jersey with your personal name and number for only $74.99.
To order the jersey of your choice, head over to the IQA website right here.
