Stephen Fry to Star Alongside Rupert Grint in “Super Clyde” Pilot
As previously reported, Rupert Grint is making the move to the small screen in a new CBS pilot, Super Clyde, but he shan’t be going it alone. Stephen Fry has been confirmed as the latest actor to join the cast in the the role of Clyde’s butler, Randolf.
The actor, who recently hosted the BAFTA awards and had starred in numerous films included Guy Ritche’s Sherlock Holmes sequel, will be making is U.S. pilot debut with Super Clyde. He and Grint follow in the steps of numerous British actors currently starring in American TV shows. As Rupert-Grint.us noted, however, this isn’t the first time the pair have worked together. They both starred in the 2002 film, Thunderpants as well as appearing in the recent Visit Britain adverts. Fry is also the voice behind the British Harry Potter audiobooks.
