Win tickets to an advance screening of “Calvary” and a special Q&A with Brendan Gleeson
CliqueClack is giving away tickets to an advance screening of the new film Calvary, starring Potter alumni Brendan Gleeson (Alastor “Mad Eye” Moody) and Domhnall Gleeson (Bill Weasley). The screening will take place on Monday, July 21 at 7 p.m. at the Landmark E Street Cinema in Washington, DC. The passes also include a special Q&A with Brendan Gleeson and the film’s director, John Michael McDonagh.
The film also stars Chris O’Dowd, Kelly Reilly, Aidan Gillen, Dylan Moran, and M. Emmet Walsh. The official synopsis:
Father James (Gleeson) is a good priest who is faced with sinister and troubling circumstances brought about by a mysterious member of his parish. Although he continues to comfort his own fragile daughter (Reilly) and reach out to help members of his church with their various scurrilous moral — and often comic — problems, he feels sinister and troubling forces closing in and begins to wonder if he will have the courage to face his own personal Calvary.
The passes are awarded on a first come, first served basis. To get your pair, all you have to do is comment on their post right here. Only one comment per person, per email address, and per household. Seating for the screening is also first come, first served, so attendees should arrive early.
Tickets are, of course, limited, so this offer is valid until all passes have been awarded.
Calvary opens in theaters on August 8. You can check out the trailer for Calvary here!
