Bill Nighy has been nominated for a Tony Award
It has been announced that Bill Nighy (Rufus Scrimgeour) has been nominated for a Tony Award for his role as Tom Sergeant in Skylight. He will competing for Best Leading Actor in a Play against four other actors, including Bradley Cooper. Nighy has responded to his nomination saying,
We are honoured by the nominations. It’s marvelous to have this show so recognized in New York. It is one of the great plays of our times, and I am delighted for everyone.
