You can watch Redmayne leading the crowd in the spell below.
This was followed by another panel, broadcast on Facebook Live and linking up with Leavesden Studios in London. You can catch up on what was revealed at the panel here, plus watch the trailer!
The cast was also busy before the panels, talking to Entertainment Weekly about their characters, revealing some details that we haven’t heard yet.
Redmayne talked about Newt’s Mary Poppins-type suitcase and the amount of detail involved in creating the sets and props for the wizarding world. The cast also spoke about what it was like when J.K. Rowling visited the set – and how the author was always prepared with a good answer for their questions!
The cast also revealed their favorite Harry Potter characters. Redmayne revealed that his favorite had always been Ron Weasley.
I was a Ron fan. I thought Rupert [Grint] was wonderful … even when he was really young he had the most expressive, kind of elastic face.
Dan Fogler chose Hagrid. Colin Farrell, meanwhile, picked Mad-Eye Moody, and Alison Sudol, Sirius Black. You can listen below.
