Expedition Wandless: Day 13
On the 13th day of Expedition Wandless, two more teams have made it to Caipora Stadium in Rio de Janeiro. Crossing the line in third place is Germany, and a few hours behind them was the team for Switzerland.
Upon their arrival in Rio, the German team parked its boat on the wrong side of the river. This mistake resulted in them having to cross back over. So with this error, they complete a mandatory task and gain 20 points.
I do not believe it!! The Muggle did the work for them!! The US team has knocked out another mandatory challenge today. A Muggle walked up to our wandless wizards and asked for a picture with them. We were able to ask the young girl why she did it. Her response was “My friends dared me. I thought the brothers were cute. I figured because I was traveling and I would never see them again. So why not?” If I could give this girl bonus points for courage, I would. Unfortunately, I can’t. 10 points to the US.
Two teams left to cross the finish line, and I expect that we’ll be seeing them soon.
Bin It to Win It only has a few days left, and this is where the Squibs have to make it count. As to be expected, the veteran, Diggory Pitts of the USA, is back with a vengeance and collecting with fury! I wonder if he realizes that Alf Elfie of Sweden is sneaking trash from his bin when no one is looking. Sven Spellmein seems to be keeping to himself during these games. The judges are unable to get close to even count his bin. This could be anyone’s game. Stay tuned for the final results before the closing ceremony on August 21.
