More Musical Clips Released from “Beauty and the Beast”
With just under a month to go until its March 17 cinematic release, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, starring Emma Watson, continues to make a stir as new clips featuring some of the most beloved songs are released.
First, for those excited to see the brawny Gaston come to life, there’s a short clip of LeFou (Josh Gad) and Gaston (Luke Evans) literally singing the praises of that intimidating specimen from Good Morning America. The clip starts at 2:45:
For those who are eager to hear more samples of Emma Watson’s singing voice, there’s the beginning of the opening number, “Belle,” as the poor provincial town awakens and Belle herself wanders through it. A certain line in this song reminded us of a similar line from Harry Potter – watch to find it!
And finally, there is the incomparable Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, singing the iconic title song. This clip comes from the Beauty and the Beast exhibit taking place at Casa Loma in Toronto, Canada, and put on by Walt Disney Canada:
