Evanna and Keo’s Boots Are Made for Dancing!
Last week was an absolute success for Team Kevanna with Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe scoring their highest yet in the competition for the coveted Mirrorball trophy on Dancing with the Stars! Let’s take a look back at the “catitude” that led Evanna to letting herself dance for the joy of it instead of the approval of the judging panel.
Evanna is never short of supporters on Dancing with the Stars, and this week another familiar face from the wizarding world came out to root for Team Kevanna!
Now let’s talk about tonight’s dance and the dreaded double elimination. It was Country Night, and lots of country’s biggest stars performed their hit songs for the couples to dance to. This week, Evanna and Keo danced a rumba to a live performance from Carly Pearce singing her song “Every Little Thing.” Check out a photo from their rehearsals plus the new Slytherin scarf Evanna gifted to Keo!

@msevylynch made me an honorary wizard. Are you more #ravenclaw or #slytherin? 🐦🐍 #TeamKevanna
Evanna and Keo earned their first PERFECT SCORE tonight with their rumba! Is it enough to keep Team Kevanna on the show? I’m biting my nails over here!

We also got to see Evanna in the team dance. Evanna was assigned to #TeamHayNow, which included stars Milo Manheim, Bobby Bones, and John Schneider. Team Hay Now danced to the Dolly Parton classic “9 to 5” and scored 29 out of 30 points.
While announced as being in the bottom three, Evanna and Keo are SAFE this week and through to the semifinals! YEEHAW!
Even though Evanna was busy rehearsing for two dances this week, she still made time to interview the cast of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald AND secured support for Team Kevanna from one beautiful and deliciously talented Ezra Miller. Listen to Ezra!
A perfect score for the rumba tonight DOES NOT GUARANTEE SAFETY NEXT WEEK! The combination of viewer online and telephone votes added to the scores from the judging panel determines who stays! Voting is open until 4 a.m. Eastern, and you can vote online AND by calling in to Evanna and Keo’s dedicated number at 800-868-3405. There should be eight votes available to you per method, so use them wisely and please vote for Team Kevanna tonight!
