Chris Rankin, the actor who plays Percy Weasley in the Potter series, updated his Twitter just a short time ago. It looks like a big scene for Deathly Hallows will be filmed tomorrow:

in the hotel, excited for filming in the morrow, but not excited for the 5am wake-up call... 43 principal cast on set tomorrow...!

43 major cast members on set! Someone start counting all of them. Battle of Hogwarts scene, perhaps?

We have more casting news for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! Chris Rankin has confirmed to Snitch Seeker that he will reprise his role as Percy Weasley in the final film.

Chase Armitage--an actor, dancer and stuntman--has also been cast in Deathly Hallows to play the role of an unnamed "Snatcher."

HPEF announced this morning that Chris Rankin, the actor who plays Percy Weasley in the Harry Potter films, will be attending Azkatraz 2009. Rankin will be participating in various events throughout the weekend and holding a Q&A session at A Dessert with Chris Rankin.

Date and time are yet to be determined, but tickets can be purchased by those holding a full registration, a Merlin's Circle registration or a single-day registration. There are only 125 tickets available to the Q&A session and they run $65 until April 1. Check out the full press release below.

Chris Rankin, the actor who plays Percy Weasley in the Harry Potter films, recently gave an interview to New Zealand's TV3. Chris talked about, in particular, what it is like to be a part of the Potter franchise and also mentioned that it is "unlikely" that his character will be in the upcoming Half-Blood Prince movie, although he is still hopeful that he will return for the final installment of the series.

We now have a new interview with actor Chris Rankin, who played Percy Weasley in every Potter movie but the fourth. In this interview, Percy discusses the fifth movie, the seventh book, and more.

TLC is reporting that there are three additional Order of the Phoenix stills in the October 2nd edition of Newsweek magazine. Apparently, one shows Dumbledore's Army, featuring Cho, the Patil twins, the Weasley twins, the trio, Neville, Luna, Dean and three other boys. Another depicts Umbridge sitting at her desk where pink is the hue of choice (cherry wood desk, pink carpet, pink walls, curtains, and dishes - with what looks like kitties on them). The last photo is of the trio who are in front of a fire in a dark room, probably Grimmauld Place.
