RDR Books to appeal 'Lexicon' decision

Back in September, a New York judge ruled in favor of JK Rowling and Warner Bros. in their case against RDR Books over their proposed publication of a "Harry Potter Lexicon" book. The author and WB felt that the "Lexicon" took too much from the HP saga and gave too little in the way of legitimate commentary.

Sadly, however, RDR books has just filed a notice of appeal.
