ron and Hermione dont kiss mabey in book 7

Im confused Hermione and Ron dont kiss in the sixth book are they talking about the 7th?

idk if someone already said this because i didn't read all the comments, but just because ron and hermione didn't kiss in the sixth book doesn't mean theyre not going to put it in the movie. we all know how different the books are from the movies, and its possible that they might kiss in the sixth movie to progress their relationship a little more. idk if emma watson has a script already, but if she does than she would know if they kiss or not. oh and dumbledore/luna? XD CHILD MOLESTATION!!!

oooohhhh evanna!!!!! so funny!!!! and as for the kiss in HBP- uhhhhh i definately don't think that happened and i don't think it should until the last movie if JKR writes it in the 7th book. i get annoyed with these writers and directors who try to make movies terribly romantic when that's not the main focus of the movie.

I've always thought Evanna Lynch is PERFECT as Luna Lovegood!! Evanna is....well, she thinks "out of the box" like Luna, although I guess I wouldn't always agree, I got really weirded out by the whole L/D ship she mentioned. Plus, I wouldn't mind seeing Emma kiss Rupert :D !

I still think the article is misleading...I really dont think they'll kiss, just like I thought that the "good luck kiss" was going to be cut from this movie... and it was... :( so dissapointed I was actually looking forward to it...

ATTENTION PANICKERS!!!: the interviewer said they were asking Emma about the PROSPECT of kissing Rupert!!! PROSPECT means the chance of or the potential of.She wasn't saying she was absolutely set to kiss Rupert, she was just commenting on the IDEA of having to kiss him. Go back and read that part of the interview.The word PROSPECT is there. We all(myself included) seemed to have missed that word the first time around. :-))))

P.S.- I think it was just a bad interviewer...They SHOULD NOT kiss........until book 7 ;-)

the kissing scene of Ron and Hermione are not mentioned it the book(HP 6) but they will do it in the movie(HP 6)...

I never read an interview like that before, showing what an big fan Evanna actually is... I am SO glad that she got the part, fully deserved. It must've been like a dream come true for her. Wow. I'm grateful that a humble person got it, no matter how the acting and portraying of the character actually comes out in the end... heck, WB always changes everything anyways... Imagine an arrogant person getting the part? I couldn't stand it, no matter how great the acting might be. Just happy that a person that actually reads the books landed the role :D

I'm stunned actually. I had to idea the Rupert and Emma (Ron and Hermione) would be getting together in the 6th film. I guess they wanted to make it as interesting. Yates described the 6th film at Sex, drugs, and rock & Roll.. Hopefully, it will change... Sex I can understand, seeing as they are curious 16 year olds in the film.. But Drugs? *shivers* I haven't read the Evannah interview but it looks highly amusing from the summary. She seems very fixed on the thought of Dumbledore and Luna. Too bad though. I know for a fact that Hermione and Ron do not kiss in the 6th book. I have just finished re-reading it for the eleventh time and I would never have missed something as important as that. If I caught the small description that Harry smelt 'the wood handle of a broomstick, Treacle tart, and a flowery smell he thought he smelt somewhere at the burrow', I would have caught that. I wish they would stick to the books, but they need to make it as interesting as possible apparantly. Great interviews. I'm patiently (or not) waiting for the 7th book to come out.. less than two weeks guys!!

To those ignorant posters that are already boycotting HBP before filming even begins: The term "sex, drugs, and rock & roll" is an (American) EXPRESSION, detailing that some parts of the film are going to be a bit "wild." In all reality, for those of us that HAVE read HBP, that is a pretty accurate description in terms of the teenage "coming-of-age" drama and shipping.

since when do ron and hermione kiss in HBP? practically all of HBP ron and hermione are fighting and ron hooks up with lavender not hermione-they messed up the movies the books will always be better

Okay, everybody, get a grip, it's time for a reality check. We all know that Ron & Hermione do not kiss in book 6. Emma or the reporter may have made a mistake. If the reporter hasn't read the books, he/she probably is unaware of the faux pas. If the movie makers want to mess up the 6th movie like they did the first 4, is that going to end the world as we know it? Don't think so. And I think that Dumbledore/Luna is cute. Bizarre but cute. She'd have to wait until he is reincarnated of course and then she would be the older one and she'd have to wait until he was seventeen in the wizarding world. The possibilities boggle the mind. VBG. Oh and "Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll" was a song from the seventies and it's so antiquated now. I'm sure the director was just kidding.

Hey guys I`m new here! wow that was never in the book,I bet Emma was like, whoo! I`m off the hook! and then the director writes it in! lol funny. I hope they put the Ginny and Harry thing in on the sixth one still,it sounds like there changing very important things.Lol I love Rupert but...EWWWWW lol I feel bad for Emma.Especially if she just likes him as a brother.That would be incredibly aquward after that. :(

And,Startori how can you say that about the movies? I personally loved them,they nailed them spot on! I mean the look and feel was excactly the way I imagined it.I think they left out really interesting parts that would of been really cool to see in the movie.But I still think that the directors hard work has really paid off.But I mean do you like seriously with a strong power,really hate the movies? because then I have to ask why your signed up to a harry potter fansite just to insult it?

Hey Watsonrox, Did I say I hated the movies? Where do you get that? What I said is the directors messed them up. I didn't think that was an insult, I thought it was me critiqueing and stating my opinion. For your information, I have all four of the dvds, I just think they could have been done better. I know of course if they tried to include every last detail from the books, the movies would have been hours long (which I would have approved of). And I agree they did capture the feel of the books, but gee, there was so much missing that would have made the movies even more fun. Goblet of Fire (the book) was a gem! And I was just a little disappointed, that's all. I was especially upset with the GOF movie. Where was the torture by the twins of Dudley Dursley with the ton tongue taffy? I really missed seeing the Dursleys. They could have done so much more with World Cup Quidditch match. Where were the screaming Veelas? Why was Beauxbaton portrayed as an all witch academy when the book had both sexes attend the tournament from the school? Rita Skeeter just got a walk on, I was looking forward to her heinious behavior as a member of the wizarding press and Hermione's brilliant capture of her in the end. Where was that shyster Ludo Bagman ripping off the twins? I don't remember seeing the ever so cool Bill Weasley and when Fleur first took interest in him. When Voldemort & Harry's wands connected, I expected new visuals, a dazzling, sparkly, golden, global, phoenix singing net, not the exact same effect that I saw in Star Wars Phantom Menace. You see, I signed up to this website because it has some of the most erudite free-thinkers who also love the Harry Potter universe and I like to see everyone's opinion. It is tiding me over until the 5th movie & the last book. Does that answer your question? To everyone, sorry about the rant, but I've been holding this in a long time.
