I hope, as do many others, that Neville gets to kill her as revenge for what she did to his parents! If that doesn't happen, I will be very, VERY angry! lol! And I also think Harry should also kill her [they should AK her at the same time] so he can get revenge for Sirius! ONLY 10 DAY!! AHHH!! im going to cry soooo much!

I hope Bellatrix and Neville will have a duel (or Bellatrix vs. Harry). If it was Bellatrix vs. Neville, I wouldn't care who died but if it's Bellatrix vs. Harry, it's obvious Bellatrix will be the one to lose. I hope we'll see some awesome duels in Deathly Hallows. I hope it's more action packed than Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince.

i wonder what significance bella plays in DH because she is my favourite character ever. I hope it's her discovering something about Voldy. Helena is my favourite actress aswell so I'm glad she's Bella.

Just a thought...I'd rather see Neville get his revenge in a way that wasn't death. I don't think it bodes well for our heroes to be murders, after all, don't the book consistently mention that people like Barty Crouch and Rufus Scrimgeour stoop to DE levels in violence? We already have books about schools and the hero is a drop out, why should they be killers too?

Having Neville kill Bellatrix would be such a ballsy move from Jo. Personally I don't think it will happen, although I'd like it to. I can't see any of the main good teen characters killing anybody, except for perhaps Harry killing Voldemort, but even then he won't just murder him in cold blood, that's not Harry. Harry isn't a cold-blooded killer hero character like James Bond (as displayed so brilliantly in Casino Royale). Whatever, it's GREAT to know that Bella will be back in full force for Deathly Hallows!

omg!!! i hate bellatrix so much in the book!!! i think she is absolutely horrible!!! but helena bonham carter seems perfect for the part, and her outfit fits bellatrix perfectly!!! but yeah, i really can't wait to see the battle between her and neville, that should be wonderful!!! and in the end hopefully neville kills her, because she is so terrible especially after what she did to sirius :( !!!!! oh well, i'm so excited only 13 more hours!!! =]

Wow! Bellatrix was great in the movie, although a little more attractive than I thought she should have been for just escaping Azkaban...(I was at a press screening like a week ago). I'm sure several long editorials could be spawned from thos new DH revelation, but....10 DAYS, so why go through all that work for something we will all know in less than 2 WEEKS. Seems surreal, doesnt it? Gahh. 10 Days....

A little while ago, there was something posted about how the OOTP film left out a character in its original script, but Rowling told them to include this character or else they'd have their "hands tied" when making the seventh film. I wonder if this bit of information means that Bellatrix is the character they were originally going to leave out of the OOTP movie!

I quite agree with woodsmom earlier - not that I mind the spoilers - but anything JK tells them in confidence should remain so - not blurted out at the first chance they get - I'm thinking of the Kreacher character as well. I'm not surprised that JK hardly tells anyone anything! I think she had told Hagrid's actor (name escapes me at the moment) something of his future in the books but he never breathed a word - that's more professional in my opinion - I wonder if she has told Alan Rickman anything - I'm sure he wouldn't blab either. Did Evana say that JK had told her something about her character as well? Good for her - she kept it to herself.

Nizmat: i understand that, but I've already written a whole eighteen-chapter fanfic on her, and I'm attached, like I said. Maybe it's because the way she's described in the book (as in hair, face, eyes... before Azkaban) is how some people describe me. But its more than that. It's hard to give up a favorite character, no matter how evil they are. I love Bella, she's my absolute favorite character. But I understand what you're saying.

I have terrible instant recall memory and find it very hard to come up with names at a moment's notice, even when I know them quite well - I had problems with all the names I mentioned, it's very frustrating - it's even worse when I'm speaking - I'd be rubbish at a quiz - I'd be lucky to recall my own name and date of birth!
