That's great!!! It took HBP 9 weeks to sell that many copies so it's well on it's way to outselling it in overall copies! Kid_A: that's not the number of copies that each copie has sold...it's how many copies Scholastic printed!
Cool! Those are some big numbers!
YAY!!!!! thats amzing!!!! soo doe sithis mean that harry potter is the fastest selling book in history.../ huh is it is it???? it should be if it isnt!!!!!! congrats JO!!!!!!!!!

Wow! that is alot of books... I feel special to be part of something as huge as this...Its amazing!
Is this book popular or what? Actually the book has sold 11.5 million and counting. There are 14 million in print leaving 2.5 million left to be sold of this run. Okay, who out there is holding back? 2 of the 11.5 million are mine (yes, I had to buy my daughter's copy because we were going to fight over who got to read it first. Being a self indulgent mother, I would have lost that battle, so I bought 2 and I'm not sorry that I did.) JKR, you are sterling! And after 3 rereads I am still in awe of your writing skills. Long live Harry Potter.
Wow...I hope one day my books sell half as good!

This further proves that Harry Potter owns the world.
I was literally in tears when I got this book in my hands. If a book can do that to someone, it must be pretty well on. No joke, guys.. a good portion of us had been waiting for July 21, 2007 for 10 solid years without knowing that exact date. We are SO lucky to actually be here for the release of each of these books, and to be able to theorize and contemplate and argue about every little thing in the books until now. Years from now, when our kids and our kid's kids are reading these, they'll just have to pick one up right after the other without the fun theories. Poor things.
wow, simply amazing. i'm proud to say i got one of the books bought within the first 24 hours. :)
i was 4th in line and when i gotit i ws crying,no surprise on the record!!!!!! thats cool!!!!!!! top 100

harry potter is going down in history. i'm so glad i was around to witness it. its been amazing. the midnight party i went to was INSANE. i was in like for over 4 hours. people ahead of me had arrived there 2 days in advance. its crazy
its slightly funny that if you look at the numbers, they go down from SS in a slope. i guess people just dont like it like they used to. BUT I DO!!!!!!
