top 5

Posted by xhpluva4evax Aug 4th 2007

Woo! Wow that's a lot. And I didn't even enjoy this movie much... haha :] Good job though.

Posted by Quidditchrules00 Aug 4th 2007

Wow! That's awesome! Top ten?

Posted by astonishing_animagus Aug 4th 2007

That's incredible. I love the movie, but it isn't the best in the series. People must really love seeing Harry, Ron and Hermione grow up on screen!

Posted by marahlynn Aug 4th 2007

i cant wait till it comes out on dvd!!!

Posted by brystol Aug 4th 2007

Awesome movie! Especially in IMAX!! Loved it! I can't wait for HBP with Yates at the helm!!!!!!

Posted by superfish31 Aug 4th 2007

Man, I was 2nd. oh well, it's the first time i was 2nd in my life. Hah, when I was typing i was like spazzing out. =] Well, I loved the movie and I think it will make more than Cos in no time. The twins especially looked fiiiiine. XD

Posted by pxefig Aug 4th 2007

Yay! That movie was the best of the Potters, IMHO.

Posted by ElieFares Aug 4th 2007

It's obviously cool to have a movie this huge! i've seen the kissing scene on myspace on this profile: www.myspace.com/eliefares

Posted by angelaEH1121 Aug 4th 2007

I'm actually in the top 50! But AWESOME! I hope it makes the most ultimately out of all of them, but I am not quite sure it will.

Posted by I_solemnly_swear Aug 4th 2007

I really hope that they don't let that other director who said he was "tempted to direct Deathly Hallows" come near another Harry Potter film. Let Yates handle it, he is doing pretty well.

Posted by christinedaae Aug 4th 2007

How well...! $708 million... impressive indeed. =D

Posted by Madison_Wales Aug 4th 2007

Cool! That's awesome! (top 20?) ~MJ

Posted by x_GiNi_x Aug 4th 2007

Posted by muggle129 Aug 4th 2007

Wow! That's a lot of money! 10 years ago, who knew HP would grow to be this big!

Posted by Neldorf Aug 4th 2007

I think MuggleNet should take of the "What will happen in Book 7" banner. I mean.. WE HAVE THE BOOK!

Posted by superfish31 Aug 4th 2007

I would kill to have 708 million dollars!!! Grr, I wish I were British so I could be in a Harry Potter movie. I would be the younger Lily for the 7th movie :D

Posted by IAteUmbridge Aug 4th 2007

Wow! It's been in theaters less than a month too, I bet it will easily pass Chamber of Secrets. Which movie has the highest gross? Is it GOF or SS? I can't remember....

Posted by 2obsessed4u Aug 4th 2007

Wohoo! That's awesome! But... can someone please tell me how on God's green earth did The Simpsons Movie and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry make more money than HP the past two weeks? What is wrong with the world??

Posted by insanebaboon2 Aug 4th 2007

yyyyyyessss. down with chuck and larry *_+

Posted by yerap Aug 4th 2007

WOOWOO and it got nominated?! thats awesome. harry potter will remain in history for a LONGGG time :]]

Posted by weasleyredhead21 Aug 4th 2007

its not surprising... HARRY POTTER IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Posted by serguei1965 Aug 4th 2007

27!! That's a lot!

Posted by eoin44 Aug 4th 2007

That's so much money.

Posted by LoonyLurvsPotty Aug 4th 2007

I can honestly say its not surprising it made that much and it will deffinately make more! but how did the simpsons movie and chuck and larry get more??? That's just disturbing..... I mean ok they might be funny but... comon people ITS HARRY POTTER! Sirius Black gave his life for this movie! I SAY WE ALL GO AND WATCH IT A HUNDRED MORE TIMES AND SHOW THE WORLD WHAT HP IS MADE OF! :D

Posted by aberforth118 Aug 4th 2007

Posted by hpwiz812 Aug 4th 2007

AWSOME! but i want it to reach the $800million mark...just because....and the last movie is gonna be awsome! but HBP....i dont know, i think we'll have another OOTP type movie, even though OOTP was pretty good but not the best....

Posted by Ravenelle Aug 4th 2007

Wow, thats great. I loved the movie, although most didn't. :/

Posted by GABZx3 Aug 4th 2007

Thats a LOT of money :-0

Posted by ida_ym Aug 4th 2007

W-O-W

Posted by hp2326 Aug 4th 2007

awesome even tho i thought the OOTP was the worst movie by far all the other ones were great...YAY HARRY POTTER!!!!

Posted by HK47 Aug 4th 2007

Cool. This was my favorite movie in the series. In fact it was my favorite movie of the summer and one of my top ten favorite movies of all time. Although Transformers did give it a run for it's money, but Harry won. If this movie comes out on Blu-Ray I am definately going to get the Blu-Ray version over the DVD version.

Posted by justanothermuggle Aug 4th 2007

thats a lot of $$$ go HP!!

Posted by ilovedan Aug 4th 2007

this movie needs to come out on dvd now. hpootp=lifeee.

Posted by LadyM Aug 4th 2007

Rock on! Imagine OOTP makes a worldwide gross of a billion dollars!

Posted by Ruby_321 Aug 4th 2007

holey crap! thats alot of muney! Harry Potter is just amazin! :D

Posted by debbikins1991 Aug 4th 2007

WOW! That's great!

Posted by Something_New Aug 4th 2007

Awesomeness!!! The DVD can come out now :}}

Posted by gandalfxj9 Aug 4th 2007

A billion dollars Lady M??? Ya, that's not going to happen. I see this movie taking 925mil at tops....which beats every HP film except SS but when you adjust it for inflation it's the worst except for PoA.

Posted by ravenclawguy Aug 4th 2007

it will easily surpass COS's total, with the money its raking in already. That is an amazing total for not even being out for a month...and some countries are still waiting for it! I predict that this movie will be the biggest earner in the series to date! Go Harry Potter! Show the world who's boss! :D

Posted by hermione214 Aug 4th 2007

WOW!! that's REALLY cool! :D it would be really awesome if DH made more than Titanic (1st place) or LOTR: the return of the king (2nd place)

Posted by OD_94 Aug 4th 2007

Ooo that's goood

Posted by hermyown7777 Aug 4th 2007

I'm just hoping that in the last movie they have all the scenes with the memories because this director left out many important scenes or cut them down ( like the explanation of the prophecy) because that makes up a lot of HBP!!!

Posted by harry8voldemort Aug 4th 2007

wow
