so anyone who wants to laugh a little or is just looking for a good time; read this... NEW YORK—Harry Potter fans throughout the world were shocked, disappointed, and outraged to learn last week that J.K. Rowling's 750-page novel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, blatantly answers every looming question in the 10-year-long saga, even going so far as to divulge what happens to key characters 20 years into the future. "The whole experience is completely ruined for me," said 25-year-old fan Ethan Clay, adding that the book builds up suspense, and then, without warning, gives away vital, plot-altering information. "The least [Rowling] could have done was put a spoiler alert or something on the front cover." ... can you imagine that, JK answered our questions, blatantly and every single one at that, however could she be that cruel. Oh and of course she should have put a spoiler warning on the front, what a novel idea, then we would have know we were reading a book that was going to spoil the fun for us, telling us everything we wanted to know, I hate it when I found out what happens when I'm reaing something, such a pain. Gives away plot-alterning information... in the book, dear me whatever will I do. Blasphemous it is. I think that our little buddy Ethan Clay needs to get his brainy-poo checked. Eh?... are you with me here. Anyways I thought it was utterly hilarious, then again I think almost anything is funny. ENJOY

no, i agree with you, that is funny! jUsTaNoThErFaN

I was in Barnes and Nobles today and they had a stack of about 200 books sitting there. I guess they won't need any of the reprints. I have my two copies (us & uk) plus audiobook. Yeah!!

Posted by AcidPops33 Aug 6th 2007

Excellent! The more the merrier, and the more for me to buy! jUsTaNoThErFaN - Wow that is really funny! There are really some supremely idiotic people in this world..

Posted by member_of_SPEW Aug 6th 2007

Cool! I can't understand why anyone who wants the book wouldn't have bought it yet, but then my aunt and some kids in my Sunday School class hadn't gotten it yesterday. But I don't get it.

Posted by i_loverz_HP Aug 7th 2007

Thats great......way to go jo !!!

Posted by markooo Aug 7th 2007

Deathly Hallows described as "EXTREMELY BORING AND WAY TOO LONG NOVEL IN THE SERIES OF HARRY POTTER BOOKS" in ALL newspapers in Croatia,Romania,Bulgaria, Serbia,Montenegro,Macedon ia,also in Greek,Finland and all states in Russia... They also said that the best HP novel is The Philosopher's Stone, which may looks like CHILDREN novel, because JKR always says that HP is for children.

Posted by Gryffindor_Rawr Aug 7th 2007

Yes Well The Newspapers Should Realise That Millions Of Adults Read These Books Too, And What Entertains Children Wont Entertain Adults All The Way Through SEVEN Books. How Could Anyone Claim Deathly Hallows Is Boring? Far To Long? Did They Not Read The Other Books? Did They Not Realise How Much There Was To Be Said And Done? Frankly, I Expected It To Be A Longer Book!

Posted by hpintwense06 Aug 7th 2007

nifty.

Posted by Kreacher_Crookshanks Aug 7th 2007

Yay!!! Awesome!!! I have to ask what's in the deluxe version that the regular version doesn't have??? Sorry if someone's already asked this!!!!!

Posted by weasleyredhead21 Aug 7th 2007

YES!! that is awesome. go harry potter!!! hp is amazing!

Posted by HPUS Aug 7th 2007

Ok UK Deluxe has the same cover art as the UK children except its smaller and the cover is kind of fabric-cky and its embossed/engraved with JKs signature, the US has a different jacket art and the normal art is on the box it comes in also the normal art is inside the book instead of the red pages people have in their normal hardcover US edition, it also has the "blown up" version of the chapter titles at the end of the book and a full color art peice of the Malfoy manor with the peacock. BTW there are only deluxe US editions for the last three books!
