I agree; Bonnie *is* very pretty. Apparently, this current style is in an attempt to disguise that fact. The hair is vile - too long, too blunt. She has too square of a face to emphasize her jaw line like that. Yikes! This whole emsemble says "8 year old shut-in gets into her mom's closet of yuppie play-wear."

StrawberryKiwi, in the 5th, 6th and 7th book Ginny is described as having long red hair (remember in OOTP Tonks gave herself "waist length red hair" and Harry thought that Tonks could have been Ginny's sister with hair like that?) So i think bonnie must be growing her hair for book 6! I love bonnie, i think she is so pretty, but her fringe that short dosnt suite her. Maybe if she grows it a little longer, perhaps to Anne Hathaways fringe length in the Devil Wears Prada. I think that would suit her more.

Okay, book sticklers - it does NOT ruin any aspect of the movie to shorten Ginny's hair *if* it makes the character come more alive. Really, could you see Harry attracted to Ginny if she looked like this? I certainly can't. Now, shorten her hair to the OotP length, which is still longish - and it works.

Someone find Bonnie a stylist, and quick. She can be a pretty girl when she's wearing nice clothes and has her hair done well.

It must be very hard for young ladies (and gentlemen!) to be under constant scrutiny... While I agree that some fine tuning is needed in both ladies' attires, some of the comments posted thus far are nothing short of cruel! Please people, remember that we have the luxury of making fashion faux pas without benefit of cameras or fandom at the ready to criticize our every move. If nothing else, try and imagine if you were the subject of such catty and hurtful comments.

It's raining there and it was raining during the OotP premier in London also. I guess it really does rain in London a lot LOL. I hope Bonnie and Katie both enjoyed the film.

I know I pretty much agree with everyone here. Bonnie is very pretty but OMG what has she done to her hair?!?!?!? She needs to get rid of the bangs, cut it shorter, and get some layers or something I mean come on!! She doesn't even look like Ginny. And her outfit......OMG.......she needs to stop borrowing clothes from her Grandma!!! I mean come on. I will say that Katie looked very pretty though.

I think Katie looks beautiful- very elegant- even though I'm not really a fan of hers. Bonnie looks very young in these photos. I think she has a naturally young face, but the hair style and clothes give off the impression of a babydoll. They make her look much younger than she really is- not 16 and beautiful. But they are super lucky- I wish I was famous and could go to the Bourne Ultimatum premiere.

i agree with you McGonagall Rocks, the comments are being really harsh. Yes, maybe the hair and style isnt great, but it must be really hard under that kind of pressure. I think Bonnie is just gorgeous and stunning and i cant wait to see her in HBP.

Bonnie is a pretty girl, but good grief! What _is_ she wearing???!!! She looks like she fell into a pile of cloth and just wrapped whatever around herself. Moreover I love her hair, but those bangs does not suit her - she looks rather round in the face. (And sorry Katie but that bow-thingy on your dress isn't doing you any wonders neither)

Aw, I really wish Bonnie hadn't cut her hair - her old hairstyle was gorgeous, I agree that the fringe doesn't suit her at all... it makes her look a lot younger as well... I wish she had not done that right before HBP. Just when the movies were starting to become more loyal to Ginny's character and stop portraying her as a little child, she changes her hair :-( Ah, well - maybe it'll have grown out again for DH...But I suppose you never know how a new hairstyle will look until you go for it! I certainly wouldn't have had the guts, so I can hardly criticise that... I admire her bravery!

Katie looks really good, and Bonnie is usually very pretty, I just really don't like what she's wearing. And I would love the hair if she didn't have bangs. Oh well.
