OOTP DVD out in the UK on November 12th
It has been confirmed by Warther Bros. that the fifth Harry Potter movie DVD will be released in Britain on November 12th. No confirmation at present on the United States release date, but we'll keep you posted.

Good! I'm really glad it's in November. Didn't the first rumor say it would be around November 11? Thats less than two months away! I can't wait for the special features. I actually kind of live for the behind-the-scenes istuff where they show how they made something. The thestral stuff, with all the blue screen should look cool. I really like the covers on this one too. AND.....Doesn't filming start today? I read it on wikipedia, and they're usually reliable. That means more news soon!(hopefully)!!!

calexop - We only get the books first because of the time zones, so it's only a few hours. We hardly ever get things before they are released in America.

God forbid that we should get anything in the UK earlier than America does it causes a bloody uproar. actually I believe that we both got the HP books on exactly the same date? (apart from PS) though i've read at other boards that their may have just been confusing with says 12/11 for us is 12th November but for you its 11th December. More than likely you'll get it the same day as us.
