I think the best Harry Potter thing for 2007 was undoubtedly the release of Book 7. XD BEST BOOK EVER!

2007...the year that was..:D. I'll always remember it. The podcasts, the speculation, the BOOK..it was amazing. 2008, I don't know about what I'm looking forward to, but I'm glad I have Mugglecast. ...top ten...WOOHOO, it just keeps getting better.:)

I also saw Ben and Emerson on the book tour this year. Yeah, this is probably one of the best years of my life in terms of the HP stuff... everything was so amazing! Well. Thanks for making this year even better Mugglenet!

This was a year to remember for years to come.... Amazing, is the word that comes to mind.. I have always loved Harry Potter and to see the books finally come to an end was sad but a huge triumph. Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart even when I'm too old too remember much about it..lol.. Love you mugglenet and mugglecast keep on keepin' on!!!

It's been an awesome year made all the better by everyone at mugglenet. Everything Harry related has been so jam packed into 2007 not in the least the end of a spectacular series (I already miss waiting for the next book to come out). It'll be interesting to see where 2008 takes us and the fandom. Happy holdays to all!

Uh.... i'm reminiscing about the moment i found out about the theme park: i was sitting in my aunt's office... my mom and uncle were sitting opposite me drinking coffee gossiping... and i was looking on mugglenet when i saw the newspost... other than finding out there was a fifth hp book (i wasn't in the hp scene wen i was reading 1-4)... this was the biggest hp news... for me anyway. I'd like to express my thanks to Mugglenet for all the news and i simply cannot wait for '08 and late '09 / early '10.

This year has really been awesome for HP-fans....last year at this time we were still speculating how HP7 is going to be like and now....HP fandom will never be the same again T_T

Whilst I've been a Potter fan since I can remember, this has really been the first year I have truly "gotten into it". Thanks MuggleNet for making it just that little bit more magical for me! Pickle.

This year has been great, guys. I am truly blessed to have Harry Potter in my life. A lot of awesome things happened. I got to see OotP at midnight, I met Ben and Emerson, and DH was probably the highlight of my year. Or decade. :D I really am sad it's over. I'm still in denial. :(

definately a defining year in the harry potter world. this summer was probably the first and last time i've been able to walk down the street and hear every other group of people speculating about harry potter. finding signed copies of the mugglenet book in random book stores. listening to podcasts at 1:00 a.m. with your best friend. unearthing harry potter marchandise from movies 1 and 2. waiting for hours at books a million on july 20th. the huge mob of people at the book store at 11:45 that was supposed to be "the line". jumping up and down behind the book shelves to get an early glimpse at the last book. driving to the beach the day after and finishing the book at a random ice cream shop. going to a random ice cream shop just because the marqui said "harry potter works here". making new friends through the fandom. and being excited even after the hype died down. it's been a truly amazing, but bittersweet year. and merry christmas to everyone :)

what a year bye far, it also went fast. It still feels like i stayed up alll night to get the 7th book. And the movie wow...just wow. this has been an insane year. looking back it feels like it was only two days ago that I was counting down the release of the 7th book at the Midnight party. it has been an amazing year, probably the biggest one us Harry Potter fans will ever expect to see (concerning the fandom)

What Will Happen in 2008: JKR starts writing the Scottish Book; Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is out in theatres; Equus USA begins in NYC and gets rave reviews (and raving fangirls); Dan Radcliffe turns 19; Dan, Emma and Rupert get stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame; Neil Cicierega makes more Potter Puppet Pals; JKR outs Sirius/Lupin; and JKR is canonized and becomes Saint Rowling, the patron saint of magic and reading.

I hope the MuggleNet projects aren't something like 'we're closing, too.' This was a bizzare, yet amazing, Potter year. I really enjoyed being part of the fandom, and I wish I had been involved with it for longer before the release of book 7.

This was MY best year ever, too. I turned 13, I read DH 7 times, I saw OOTP the second day it was out and I was the only one in the theater, and my obsession with Dan had increased tenfold, maybe more! XD

The best year of my life so far :) I only just got into HP , and thank goodness I liked it BEFORE the release of Deathly Hallows. Nicely said about this year Mugglenet, nicely said :)

I think that 2007 has been a unique year - I mean more than usual..:P We who call ourselves HP fans have discovered the end of this road we've followed so excited for many years now! The first half of this year went to discuss theories about what would happen to Harry and all of his friends, and just wait for the answer... And then the answer came! And we have to live on now, knowing that we will never feel that exitement we have felt year after year, waiting for a new book... OK, this sounded really poetic xD But I mean it.. We will never have such a time again as we have had before the last book was released. But we still have two movies to look foreward to!!:D And to discuss what's good and bad about them;D HP-fans will never have such a year again.. I mean, people who starts reading Harry Potter now - they won't have the faintest idea of how it was for us when we had to wait for the books... They can just get the next one from the library. We have grown up with these books, and we have experienced the story be made.. If you know what I mean... It will never happen again... Don't listen to me, I am in a very strange moode today :S haha xD

I only have one regret from this past year; that I did not go to the Mugglenet tour when it came to Tulsa (kicks self repeatedly!!)

2007 was a great year, especially Harry Potter-wise. In fact, for Christmas I just got the Order of the Phoenix video game & Harry Potter SceneIt from my aunt! :) Also, I like the new "random news article" link.

this year has been the best year of my life. looking back on this year....it really couldnt have been better! merry christmas! i just read about the polll! it would be sooo coool to have a hogs head in hogsmede....it just has such an importance in the 7th book...it would be soooo cool if they had a aberforth, ariana picture, and secret entrance into hogwarts!

2007 was a great year for me! so many wonderful things has happend in 2007 reading the book seven and finding out that harry doesn't die at the end was one of the best for me ! the OOTP movie was the second best thing I think I'm going to kinda miss waiting for the next HP books and all the excitement : ( but anyway it was the best harry potter year for me =D
