Well, 2007 is offically gone... the HP fandom climaxed, and it's going to level off now. But at least MuggleNet's going to be here, at least till movie 7 comes out. So, to all a good night...

wow thanks for the kind words and mention, member_ of_ spew. after finding out about this website from my less obsessed friend, amanda thurber, i have been here almost every day and am only now able to post comments becuase of my recently made email address. now things are so uphill without being able to read more about harry potter and find out if he will be come minister or maybe some day defeat another dark lord. if only the world around us was truly the world of harry potter. where we could go to hogwarts, attend classes, when the quidditch cup, maybe get an O on our O.L.W.'s exams(without umbridge breathing down our necks). but you now some thing, jk knew what she was doing when she ended the series.....she knew that even though there would be a lot of dissapointed fans and it would be some thing she still wanted to continue, she knew it was time. it was time that harry did what he needed to do, to avenge his parents and loved ones, show tom a thing or two, and save every one in the end. but you know some thing............it was the love that every charater shared with each other. the bonds they had made over so many struggling years of solving the mystery to harry's scar. it was every one who made this ending possible, including the fans who probably have given jk so many ideas and thoughts about harrys future and what it holds. i honestly do hope that maybe some day jkr will continue to write about the boy who lived. the boy who changed us all a little inside. and if not at least we know that..........everyone came out on top with all the love and support they always knew they had.

and here, here padfoot777! i too miss sirius, he was an amazing character that still remains in my heart! and also to laurenmalfoy, while i may not understand your love for slytherin, i do however understand your love of harry potter and hot topic, lolz. for i too cried at various hours of the morning, morning the ones who i loved and followed throughout the years. while i may not have discovered the extrodinary, what is now the best series ever, first off like most i still fell in love with it the moment i held that beautiful book in my 6th grade hands(now 8th grade). and i might not have been to book parties and waited in line(curse parents and grandparents), i still have such a love and respect for harry potter that i proudly take the title of hugest harry potter fan in the school(carlton hills). and i cant wait till the day i get to meet jk rowling, for that itself will be the highest honor and privilage.

oh and to Secretworld if you get this, i read your comment on dumbledore beig gay...........i feel the exact same way! it doesnt bother me a bit, and it actually makes me respect jk rowling more and more each day!

10 years, wow... It seriously doesn't seem that long. My 6th gradeteacher had started reading the first one because the other teacher was doing it in her class. We only made it halfway through (whereas the other teacher did all 3!), but that was okie cause I went ahead and read ahead. And then Goblet came out. I remember my mum had ordered it from fingerhut, heheh. I hadn't touched though, til I bought the second and third books (I remember the bookstore lady saying they were pretty good, and popular). Wow... I was a rising 7th grader then. Then I found out my mum's friend was crazy about the books as well, so when Order came out, I went to a midnight party and got mine at 4 am... (never again). The rest is recent history.. And then the movies... I saw the 1st one with my brother, but wasn't really impressed enough to see the 2nd one in theatres (I ended up getting it on dvd. Since then I've been getting the dvds on my bday if its a spring release or xmas if its a winter release). I saw the 3rd with a good friend of mine and we made fun of lupin (heheh). The 4th with my cousin who thought the books were too long but he really liked the films. The 5th... with my friend and again with my friend who I saw the 3rd with. Next film I hope I see with my cousin again ^_^ Yeah. This timeline was just awesome. I hope they realized they missed out some events, like the 3rd movie.
