Order of the Phoenix available for rent in iTunes
Order of the Phoenix available for rent in iTunes Apple's iTunes music store recently added movies to its lineup of offerings, and this week they added Order of the Phoenix to their directory. You are now able to rent it for 30 days for $3.99. Once you start playing the movie, you have 24 hours to finish it.

Sorcerer's Stone through Goblet of Fire are also expected to be added to the store in the coming months.

I watched the DVD today when I was sick! Is it just me, or has the director inserted a huge amount of Harmony material? Stick to the books, people!

Already have the DVD, but still cool!

Posted by kooldude10694 Feb 29th 2008

I'm gonna consider getting it once I get money, if that ever happens. It'd be cool to have it on the go, wherever you go. As long as you have your iPod with you... lol

WHY CAN'T YOU BUY IT ON ITUNES???? I don't want to have to pay $4 every month to be able to have it on my ipod!!! they should let you buy it, like the rest of the movies they have on there!

Posted by july21tillhp7 Mar 1st 2008

Itunes is soooooooo annoying... let us just buy the freakin movie

Posted by angelina_johnson92 Mar 1st 2008

I don't understand rentals from itunes. What happens when the 24 hours is up?

Posted by trueligth Mar 3rd 2008

Hi!! Everyone if you try this good if not good too. But remember we need to be honest with the author, actors, and all the people in this programs.

A warning to everyone before you buy this. A couple of weeks ago I decided to rent Transformers so I could watch it on my iPod and it wouldn't work. So here's the simple way of iTunes not telling you what it supports and how it works. You need a newer version of the iPod to play the movie. No 5th generation video iPod would support this. Also you have 30 days to watch the movie but once you start watching the movie you have 24 hours to finish watching it because iTunes will keep track and automatically delete it from your library. So basically say you rent the movie on March 1st, you have till the 30th to watch it but if you start watching it on March 12th at 1:00AM you have to finish watching it before March 13th 1:00AM. Oh if you have a currently new iPod and put the rental on it, I would suggest that you never ever connect your iPod to update again if you want to keep it because once you do your movie is gone. I hope you all understand how rentals work on iTunes now.
