I am pretty sure that they must have filmed the Lucius scene during OOTP, and had planned to put it in with the Daily Prophet montage at the end. It makes sense to me.

Hey, um, if you get a "Coppermine Critical Error" like i did, just refresh the page like your being paid for it. Just keep refreshing it CONSTANTLY, and after about 2.5 minutes it go through. I tried it, believe me, it works.
