I always wonder why they don't include characters. Myrtle isn't the most important character in the series, but she definitely brings something to the table. Now it makes me wonder how the sectumsempra scene will be played.

To be honest, I'll be shocked if Sectumsempra is included.

Well, we already know that the Sectumsempra scene is in there because of an interview with Tom (I think?) so unless they edit it out, it will be there. Maybe they got someone else to play Myrtle? It is a possibility, you never know, unless they just cut the character out completely?

It's their own fault when they get bad reviews for butchering the movie and taking out every important character and part and replacing it with unneeded characters and scenes!

But why would Draco be crying in the bathroom alone? And who is going to alert Snape that there's been "MURDER IN THE BATHROOM!" Is he just going to walk by and say "Hm, I need a tinkle. POTTER! HOW DARE YOU HEX MALFOY WITH MY OWN SPELL!'

I totally agree with you peroxwhy_gen! I mean, it's HIGHLY unlikely Snape is going to walk by that PARTICULAR bathroom at that SAME time and decide randomly to use the bathroom and catch Harry casting the spell. I mean, come on! Or, is harry going to cast the spell, run away (leaving Malfoy bleeding), and Snape come to the bathroom and decide Harry casted the spell? Or have they decided to introduce another needless character to catch Harry in the act of casting the spell? If so, why bother? Might as well use Myrtle! She WAS there in the first place!

I'm really not surprised...if they couldn't bother to put in the Gaunts - who were important to this book - in, then they wouldn't bother with her, since she was only in one or two scenes. I'm pretty sure that they left out Dobby too, which means that they will be f***ed big time when it's time to shoot DH.

I don't think it's THAT BIG of a deal...As long as the sectumsempra scene is in there, I think it's okay. I think there's alot more in the movie that we should be concerned about.

I comepletely agree with peroxwhy_gen I mean how would Snape just be walking by and be like "Oy Potter how dare you almost kill Draco while I'm passing by which seems very convienient." I understand that not everything from the books is going to make it into the movie(personally I wouldn't mind a 10 hour movie, but hey whatchya gonna do!) but why take out something that really isn't going to be that much of a time eater anyway? Just doesn't make sense.

While Myrtle isn't necessary in that scene, it's strange that she's not in it. It's easier to do with her. At least the Sectumsempra scene will be in it, so I really don't care about Myrtle. ^_^

Who can they not have Myrtle even though they are having the scene? Because the girl who visited the set wrote in her report that Tom and Dan already filmed the scene! I really liked Sherly Henderson even though she is like 42 or something.

Yup, there goes all the context of the sectumsempra scene. Now it'll probably be like, Draco comes out of a stall, Harry sees him and asks if he can borrow some toilet paper and draco's like "No, go find your own." And them harry's like "Punk! Sectumsempra!!!!!!!" *slash!* *blood.*

I like that! That would be interesting! Then Kreacher would call Snape, and Snape would kill Harry, so they don't have to deal with book 7! And Neville would kill Voldemort!
