I apologize if this has been said already: Since the trunk is upside down, I'm going to take a guess and say it is Slughorn's trunk, but not in the bezoar scene, but when Dumbledore brings Harry to help persuade Slughorn to come teach. Remember, the room was all askew? That would explain why it is the wrong way up.

So its not the first time someone has changed the order of things from book to movie. The mirrors were not in movie five so perhaps he put them into book six. they already said, I think, he added completely new scenes that were not in the book.

I'd say the detention scene. It looks like a card catalog box, and that's very close to how it is described in the book. (Note to those too young to remember, libraries used to keep all their titles in a card catalog, a bunch of skinny drawers with individual cards for each title in the library. Computer catalog systems came along much later, around the mid-1980s.)

You know I'm soo happy that its not in Prince Caspian. The trunk /can't/ be upside down, because the drawer would spill its contents when openes. Therefore its not "HS" for Slughorn. BUT, I've been fooling around with the colouring on photoshop, and have noticed that there is no other letter besides the "S" anyway, but it /does/ look as though there's a snake or something on the top of the trunk. If that is the detention scene, then it looks nothing like what I would have thought (darker). And the first scene with Slughorn didn't really have Harry looking through drawers, and the penseive scenes didn't have that interaction. So who knows...maybe it is a new scene...hate to say it, but maybe it is a totally random new scene with Harry in Grimmauld place looking through Sirius's things and finding a mirror?! Never know with Yates.
