Rowling pens story for theme park mini-movie
The Sunday Mirror reported earlier today that Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has written a story that is set to become a mini-movie used at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter when it opens in late 2009 or early 2010.Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint are said to shoot the mini-movie prior to initial filming of Deathly Hallows. The article stated:
"They are also working on extra sequences and clips which will be part of the rides."
Rowling has reportedly been involved throughout the process. Please treat this as a rumor for now as The Mirror is not the most reliable news source.

OR, it could be really good!
He he he he................ : ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hells Yea they'd make a theme park for Harry Potter!! I dont know if you guys remember, but a few months ago i messaged you saying how cool it would be to make a Harry Potter Theme park. I dont know if the idea was already started, but i didn't know! SO ITS LIKE A DREAM COME TRUE!! I bet the bits for the rides are just going to the deleted scenes that they cut out of the movies. The extras.
I LOVE the opening ride movies. I was so entertained in line for Mummy at Universal, I'm excited to matter what it is, they're usually hilarious. No, nothing plot revealing I'm sure, but probably pretty entertaining.
So true, roadtripkaraoke! Another random thought (or comment) of mine: Does anyone find it odd that I live in Bama and call my mom "mum"? And that I only started saying that because of Harry Potter? Just curious! :)
This is going to be the greatest thing ever. I live an hour from the park and get alot of inside scoop from employees there. Apparently JK Rowling's opions and input are regarded as the highest of importance. She has a VERY hands on role with the new theme park. From what I've been told by upper management she had a HUGE say in wether Disney or Universal got the grant for the park after their bidding presentation to get the rights. Universal's presentation and royalty bid was massive compared to that of what Disney offered. I am so excited!
Oh that would be great !! I hope this is not just a rumor! This theme park is going to be soooooooooooooo great!
Cocktailmunky and all the other Florida people: We should all arrange to meet up to visit the park when it opens:)
it all sounds very exciting..too bad nearly all the news on the sunday mirror turns out to be false :(
