WHAT!! I thought bill was going to be in the 6th movie?? what is this.Why does Arthur get attacked by Greyback, that's just weird. Since the third movie they've messed everything up. If that's fifteen seconds, how long is the actual movie gonna be? Movie: Dumbledore and Harry meet Slughorn, Harry goes to Hogwarts, Quidditch, Ron falls in love, Katie gets pwn'd, a few pensieve scenes, the cave, Dumbledore went crashing down, and END. That's one hell of a movie. *cough* not *cough* Excuse me. I said NOT.

From a publicity point of view, this is an AMAZING move. This would make me want to see the film more than a few very quick cutty clips (which is what most teasers are like). Then we have the full trailer in about a month. GENIUS.

Knowing what the line is now, knowing also how more dark and more scaryer the movie and the area around the viewers are going to get and know how busy this weekend at the movies are going to be, for right now, I know for a fact I will not be seeing the Dark Knight movie in imax, but only in the regular movie theather. Also the other day, when I was at the movie theather, all of the pictures of faces was covered in glasses and werid sayings from the Dark Knight movie. I think the theathers or atleast the theather near where I live is getting ready for the release of the Dark Knight movie, with out a dought!!!

About the teaser trailer, at least it's something, and being a teaser trailer it would never be much mora than that. The ridiculous part has to do with Mr Weasley getting mauled. I mean, as someone already pointed out, from the 3rd movie on they have been messing everything up. OOTP was a complete mess, they invested more in the graphics than in the plot itself. So, I wouldn't put it past WB to start the 7th movie with the Trio already on the run, maybe at Sirius' house or something, and we only know about the wedding through their conversation, when Harry would say something like "Remember at Bill's wedding when Xeno Lovegood told ...". I have been disapointed once and again since PoA, so...

A whole 15 seconds... You know, I think WB is full of crap for this. They really are...I don't know what their problems is this time around with HP... I don't mean to start any fandom wars here, but I'll just say...I think a certain other film based on a book with a huge following is going to squash HBP in the box office if WB doesn't get their act together...I'm a fan of both series, and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to this other film much more than I am to HBP. I'm afraid that WB is going to wait until the absolute LAST minute to start putting the public on HP overload, instead of steadily building up the buzz like this other film is doing. Granted, HP has been out longer and has a bigger fandom, but for those who are not exactly fans of the series and just go to see the movies, WB is shooting themselves in the foot with their retarded antics. I think they're risking the chance for a lot of people to be like "What's this nonsense? More Harry? I thought it was over? Now all of a sudden it's back...Forget this. I'm going to see ________ instead." I do hope I'm wrong. Perhaps things will change when it gets closer to the release. But as a fan, I am just not at all happy with WB. Wow, people are overreacting a lot. WB did warn us that this was just a 15-second preview...you can hardly fit any action sequence into 15 seconds, so they just promoted the movie with the name--it gets people thinking about it. And as for replacing Bill's attack with Mr. Weasley...I don't think it'll be too bad. I mean, I really wanted to see Bill and Fleur cause that would've been hilarious, but we have to remember that EVERYTHING THEY PUT INTO OR TAKE OUT OF THE MOVIE IS OK'D WITH JK ROWLING FIRST. That's why they fit Kreacher into OOTP. That's why Alfonso Cuaron wasn't allowed to have a graveyard in the Hogwarts grounds or to have "little people" dancing around Hogwarts everywhere. So I really don't think replacing Bill and Fleur's wedding with Lupin and Tonks's would be too detrimental to the plot of the film, and they'll probably be the owners of Shell Cottage instead of Bill and Fleur. As for Mrs. Weasley having to cook raw meat from now on...I can't see that being too much of a problem for her, because her husband isn't DEAD.

No, the Twilight movie wont do the book justice but it will be better than the book itself because the book is not that good. I know, I just finished it and it doesn't live up to the hype at all. It just drags on forever with no vampire action at all. In the movie however, from the clips I've seen so far, we actually get to see Edward bite someone. In the book that stupid idiot whiner called Bella faints and misses the whole thing. And I'm hoping they skip all the listening to each others heartbeats crap!

I have noticed that some of you are talking about the twight series. Right now I am part of a book club near where I live and we were to continue to read the lord of the rings series for awhile, but because of the twight number four book coming out at the end of this year, the group decide to change the book reading to the twight series. Now could anyone please explain what is so big about the series. From the summary that I have read for the twight series(a vanpire and something else are in love with eachother), I know I won't like reading the books, but in order for me to go to the meetings I will have to read the books. Also because of the four book coming out this year, the other three books are most likely sold out or there are tons of waiting list. So where would I get my hands on the first twight???

Okay, sorry to all those people who are reprimanding us "whiny-types." Yeah, OK, so maybe we're overreacting just a little bit, but....GIVE US A BREAK! We're cranky HP fans who just want some sort of sign that this movie is really out there! Sure, we maybe acting a little childish, but people WHAT THE HECK WAS HARRY THROUGHOUT ALL OF OOTP, HUH?? It's just, maybe I should speak for myself, but I think most of us just want a trailer, because, well, because this series is so freakin' important to us. Yes, I understand the meaning of the word "teaser," but I have seen other teaser trailers longer than 15 seconds with something at least other than a black screen. I'm not even asking for a clip, OK? Someone could probably manage to at least throw in a few movie stills, add some dramatic sound effects after each one popping onto the screen, then slowly fade to black and have the quote. Am I childish? Yes. Should you blame me? No.

I have to be honest with ALL of you, for the first time in history... i'm actually SCARED about this upcoming HP film, so many cuts i've heard make POA look innocent. I liked OOTP, no matter how much you fans bash it, lol. but now i'm not so sure about this one. I BET YOU GUYS THAT DOBBY ISN'T EVEN IN THIS FILM! HOW THE HELL R THEY GONNA EXPLAIN HIS OUT-OF-THE-BLUE APPEARANCE IN DH??? AND ARTHUR GETS MAULED??? WHAT ABOUT BILL? WHAT ABOUT SHELL COTTAGE??? It was the paperback but they didn't have the hardback and they were sold out last week when I was there. So i got in because I was afraid they would sell out again. To anyone complaining about Arthur getting attacked here is some common sense for you: Bill has been cut, and for good reason. Introducing him this late is pointless. Plus, having him get attacked wouldn't carry as much weight due to the fact that he was introduced so late in the game, and the average movie goer who hasn't read the books would think he was put in the movie to just get attacked and add to the on screen carnage. Truth be told, I never cared one bit about Bill getting attacked. Yeah, he is Ron's brother, but who cares in the larger skeam of things. It didn't effect Harry's journey in the slightest, and Harry's journey is the most important part. That being said, at least by it being Ron's dad I will care a little more, because Arthur is just as much a role model for Harry as he is for Ron. So this allows it to be a bigger impact on Harry, and makes it relevant to the story. Whereas with Bill it was sorta just a oh yeah here is some more carnage Bill got attacked. I am glad that they made it Arthur who gets attacked, because him I do care about.

About the trailer- I lol'd. But you can't really fit much into a 15 second trailer anyway unless you just quickly flash tons of scenes together. But that wouldn't make sense for promoting purposes unless it was an actual trailer. About Arthur Weasley and the Fleur thing- Honestly, I think what they're doing is a great idea. Yeah, I'm somewhat disappointed that they aren't making it Bill and Fleur but you have to remember that the movie goers don't know who the hell Bill is! And they barely know who Fleur is. They'll just just be like "wait... I think that chick looks familiar." So it makes more sense to the condensed movies to have it be characters people are already familiar with, or else those scenes wouldn't have so much of an emotional effect on the movie goers because they aren't attached to those characters. Also, if they were to keep the Bill and Fleur thing, they would have to spend time in the movie trying to explain who these people are when they could be using that time for more important scenes. It just makes more sense for movie purposes and for the movie goers to make it Arthur Weasley being attacked and Lupin and Tonks's wedding for DH. To be honet, I'm glad that they're most likely going to have it be Tonks and Lupin's wedding because it'll give them more screen time in DH and make the movie goers more connected to them before they bite the dust. And don't worry about all the little loop holes this creates because WB will find a way to make it work since JKR is working with them and approving it all. You have to remember, JKR is the one giving the green light.

The books are done, we have nothing further to look forward to except these movies - HP is a very large part of most of our lives...WB gets that. This is nothing more than a brilliant marketing ploy to attempt to get the hungry fans drawn in that anticipation of the books. Watch, next week, the teaser will be out followed quickly on its heels with so many promos, we will become inundated and punch-drunk with Potterisms. Relax, you'll get your fix. And please, this isn't an admonishment, however, those of you who choose to use, shall we say 'colorful' language, please don't. As far as Mr. Weasley goes, I'm confused; just because there are supposed scans (not that I'm saying the person who posted this info is wrong) from Movie Magic makes it so? Do we have absolute knowledge and proof this is a fact? Until then, I'm not going to get my knickers in a bunch.
