It sums up the main plot line of the book but I wish that they would have shown some of the romance going on though........

okay, i loved how creepy the kid was - how he didnt even blink when dumbledore set the wardrobe on fire, and the look on dumbledore's face when he said he could talk to snakes. i also loved the last line in the trailer. -shiver- I'm so excited!!!!!!

I thought the trailer was superb! We have focused on Harry Potter for the last 5 movies, and other than him the most pivotal character is Voldemort. His origin needs to be throughly explored just as Harry's was. He is just as important a character as Harry, and I thought the dialogue at the end between Harry and Dumbledore as to whether he knew that Riddle was destined to evil was flawless. Great teaser, just as good as the Dark Knight (which I also loved.) Young Tom Riddle was awesome, and I expect this movie to go back to it's roots of being close to the books yet entertaining just as the first two Harry Potter movies.

Anyone else agree that Michael Gambon seems to be getting better? At least in the teaser, that is. I can't wait. :)

DAVID YATES NAILED IT! It looks like a different movie altogether. The scene in the cornfield with Fenrir and Ginny looks spooooooky. The movie also seems to have a dreamy look. I love the fact that David Yates is being experimental with the movies. He's not sticking to the same tone as Ootp. He's taking OUTSTANDING risks. I can't wait for this movie!

Young Tom isn't just good, he's AMAZING!!! And Dumbledore describing the memories at the beginning actually sounds like Dumbledore! But young Riddle, is just... so great. His voice is very creepy, but at the same time quite appealing. Perfect casting.
