MuggleCast to host special podcast at Azkatraz
HPEF announced earlier today in their newsletter that they will be hosting a live podcast with MuggleCast at Azkatraz 2009 in San Francisco, CA. The great thing about it? The podcast will immediately follow the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince at 12:01 a.m. on July 17, 2009. Azkatraz attendees will have the opportunity to see the sixth Potter film in a reserved theater with hundreds of other fans before chatting about it with the hosts of our podcast.Make sure to go to the HPEF website to register, check out all the events, find out how you can help and sign up for the newsletter. When you register, enter the name "MuggleNet" in the referral area so HPEF knows where you came from! The convention runs from July 18-21, 2009.

oh that sounds soooo much fun! Dang.....i wish i lived in California. I highly doubt my 'rents will let me fly across the country for a HP convention. Sucks that i live halfway across the world (a.k.a Atlanta).

First off I want to say that not all HP cons are in California. I think that there might have only been on HP con there but I am not even that sure about that. And there are ones in the UK. I have been to one myself. On another note, I am really happy about this. I always love seeing podcast live and I registered for Azkatraz 2009 weeks ago.

That would be so much fun to go to! I was actually trying to figure out in my head if I could get myself there... but yeah right lol I would need a lot of money. I'll be seeing the movie in my own area and hoping that the podcast will be live. If not, I will be waiting impatiently for the episode to go up on iTunes.
I would love to go to a HP convention. But, I am also going to school, and I don't know if I could take any time off. I have never been to a midnight release of any HP movies. I would love to go to a Harry Potter film fest where they show all the movies one after another, then the HBP movie last. Well, I'll keep dreaming.
I just register a couple of minutes ago, I hope I can go, because of school time is really craazzyy. But if I can not, I will be seen with my nephew and niecies. Hurray!! For Family TIME!!!!

WHAT A FANTATIC IDEA. taht will be really fun. although i will not be permitted to attend seeing as how i live in South Carolina. but i will be sure to listen to it when its realeased on the feed. and i dunno if this has already been suggested or whatever,,but perhaps we can make this a LIVE podacast??

GAH! You scheduled it nearly a year after I got back from San Francisco (I went this past August)! Wish I could go back and attend this but I have a wedding to pay for. Drat! Love you guys, anyway!
Darn it, I'll be in London AGAIN, my uncle's getting married. I doubt I'd be able to go anyway, I live in Texas. Would've been amazing though....Anyone who goes, have fun!
