Issacs: Making Potter films is a "ridiculously good time"
The Jerusalem Post has a new interview up with the actor who plays Lucius Malfoy in the Potter films. In it, Jason Issacs discusses his love for being a part of the franchise and the Deathly Hallows split:"We had a ridiculously good time making them," he says, recalling specific scenes with Richard Harris, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes and, of course, Harry himself, Daniel Radcliffe.
Talking about how the last book is set to be made into two films, he says ominously, "I think that's a mistake."
After a beat, he adds, "It should be made into 10 films so I can do it for the rest of my life."

I've always had this feeling that Jason's the most excited (about the films) of the cast. I think that just because of that he should get more lines!

10 films, one per year, daniel, emma, rupert, tom and bonnie just at the right age for the last chapter of the last book lol. no make up needed lol. i hope they will be able to aged them so that they won't have to ask for others actors to play their roles.

I absolutely adore Jason Isaacs and I'm glad that he enjoys making the films and the HP series in general as much as we do. And I'm sure he and Dan, Ralph and everyone else have a great time. Wouldn't it be awful if the older actors were dismissive of the younger ones? Thankfully they're not and they all seem to get on well. Jason is quite sexilicious - not sure if that's a a word, but hey...
He's a great actor! he seems so sweet but he can play a the bad guy so well! :-)

Jason Issacs is the best! I totally agree with him about making ten films! The funny thing is he is so into his character, he's even read fanfiction about his character, and gets a laugh out of it!

Haha that was funny. At first I was like, "how could he be mad about a 2 part movie?!?!" and then when he says he wishes it was 10 I actually laughed out loud. It is really cool that he loves his part so much. :]
