That's really awesome! She;s from St. Paul, Minnesota, and that's close to where I live! She even had an exhibit here of other artwork she had done, and made the official artwork for the State Fair a couple years back. As soon as I saw it, I KNEW it was her, because of the uncanny resemblances to Harry Potter!

Make sure you update your feed. It's definitely on iTunes because that is how I am listening to it right now.

Yeah! Another episode of MuggleCast. You are the best! I am very interested in what she has to say.

This picture makes her kind of look like the woman who will be playing Mrs. Granger.... :)

YAY! I'm actually listening to 171 right now, so I was like WOHO! when I saw that a new episode was out, but it isn' out so I dunno x) SWEDEN SAYS HELLO!

Posted by alexxx Mar 7th 2009

i believe she lives in Sarasota Florida now. She's awesome, I mean can you imagine if anyone else did the artwork in HP? I can't.

great interview. Most fascinating part was her discussion of the tie-ins for the last and first covers--the curtain, and most esp, the position of Harry's arm and hand. I went back and looked at SS, his hand is almost exactly in the same position as on the DH cover. Wonderful to know they all took such care.

Can't wait to put it on my iPod like I have the many other podcasts!

Great episode, but why was this post gone for a while then came back?

Posted by katfusion Mar 8th 2009

Hmm. I've been updating my Mugglecast feed all night and all this morning, but still no new episode in iTunes. Also, I can't find it on the downloads page. I hate to listen to it on air (because I'm way behind and I'm not ready for it yet) so I've not tried to see if the on air player works for it yet. But all other avenues to get at #172 have failed me. :( Just letting you guys know.
