Whoa!! Not too sure Molly Weasley is going to approve of that behavior.

Posted by phoenixknighter Apr 7th 2009

Sweet Movie! For some reason i was thinking of "Green Street Hooligans" while watching this preview. Awesome, and I can't wait to see it ;) Ruper Grint has become a man! Wait, he's been a man for a while now, lol.

Posted by remusanddora67 Apr 7th 2009

WOW Rupert!!!! that looks really freaky!! i agree with HDMSTRSNAPE12 that molly is not going to approve!! :) lol i like it!

Posted by merrymarge Apr 7th 2009

Hotness, right there.

Posted by fanatic Apr 7th 2009

I saw the other trailer (the one that was not supposed to released to the public) on TLC. The first one was slightly different and had a better song, but they both make be want to see the movie. From what little I have seen in the trailers, Rupert seems to have given an incredible performance in this movie. I love that he gets to show off some of his talent, especially since he was so limited in the first four HP movies. Unlike most people here, I don't want to remember the actors only for HP. They are all very talented and I want them to be able to showcase it in ways other than HP.

Posted by martinaluvsron Apr 7th 2009

I also saw the other trailor on tlc,was it me or was it slighty steamier? None the less i cant wait for the movie, looks great.

Posted by dizzyshar Apr 7th 2009

I just watched this trailer and the movie/book that came to my mind was "Less Than Zero". Of course more updated, but seems awfully similar to me.

Posted by Dark_Lordess Apr 7th 2009

Grr... I'm a 'minor' and can't see it... But I want to. I agree Neville should look like that. Fun Fun seeing my celeb crush like that... Woo-woo!

Posted by frogBISCUITS Apr 7th 2009

Looks alright. I'm not totally convinced yet. based on the trailer, I probably wouldn't go see it except for the fact Rupert is gonna be in it. PS: Huzzah! HBP countdown thingy is under 100 days!

Posted by alexxx Apr 7th 2009

so...the trailer has like no words other than "what do you want to know" at the end. and theres some crazy un-RON like behavior, and i don't think i would be able to see it without thinking "omgsh Ron what are you doing!" but idk

Posted by HPFANTimothy Apr 7th 2009

Eeeek! Nope. Didn't work for me.

Posted by buddika Apr 7th 2009

I CAN"T WAIT TO SEE IT!!! XD i was searching all over the internet for clips of Cherrybomb. Then I went to mugglenet and saw this trailer. I really can't wait to see it. It looks amazing! :] Rupert Grint is a great actor (in my opinion!). I just love how he can play in all types of role and very realistically.

Posted by HeRonfan Apr 7th 2009

Doesn't do anything for me. Story, not that it's well developed in this trailer, looks too immature, while at the same time it's nice to see Rupert in a movie playing a character with a little assertiveness--though obviously not too much cause he looks like he's being coerced into lots of stuff just to get laid. Wild Target looks more interesting. Liked the accent though.

Posted by tashy Apr 7th 2009

Rupert's looking pretty darn good, I must admit.

Posted by Alynne Apr 7th 2009

I loved this! Not my type of movie at all but I loved how Rupert looked in it, seems like he did a good job. The ending made me smile, that and when he threw the punch. Wow.

Posted by harrypottertweak Apr 7th 2009

it looks so good!! when does it come out in the US?

Posted by RachelAFusselman Apr 7th 2009

why? ugh.... why? movies always have to have sex in them, don't they? sick. Why can't sex stay where it belongs. In marriage. I feel sorry for these actors and actresses who feel like in order to become a true actor, they have to ruin their innocence and exploit something that's suppose to be sacred.

Posted by Sally Apr 7th 2009

OH.MY.GOD. He looks SO effing HOT !!!!!!!!! I never considered Rupert Grint as a good looking guy, but here omg he looks really sexy! he looks like a nerd in harrypotter compared to here.

Posted by jojoinpink54 Apr 7th 2009

I read the plotline of the movie it looks kinda... weird, for want of a better word. I would never watch it, and I don't think Rupert is good looking there. Sounds like a bunch of really stupid teenagers. And it's true that's I'm getting tired of movies revolving around sex... especially this sort of one-night-stand idea... I don't particularly like it, but people can do whatever, I guess. History has sure proven that.

Posted by iwantorlando05 Apr 7th 2009

RUPERT looks MIGHTY SEXY with his shirt off. darn is all I can say. This movie looks interesting...but I especially want to see it because of Rupert! :D

Posted by muggleinNM Apr 7th 2009

This looks pretty stellar! I am not going to lie I will probably watch it. Kinda reminds me of Joseph Levitt's movie brick, but this one doesn't seem as deep, but much more sexual. Kinda cool.

Posted by muggleinNM Apr 7th 2009

For everyone who is complaining about sex, give the movie the benefit of the doubt, I doubt this is going to be a porn or anything, I mean, sex is part of life, this movie has to do with teenagers life. Which coincidently has sex in it, I mean its a minor part, that I hope plays a role to their characters' personality and what they are exposed to. I mean look at some of the best literature in history, most of it has underlying sex themes that are vital to the plot of the story.

Posted by RoseMclane Apr 7th 2009

Jo - Where did you read this review? I have read several and know spoilers. That's not really what this film is about. RachelAFusselman - Please cut the drama. Your living in the real world and people have sex outside of marriage in the real world. Did you not know that or did you just crawl out of the womb? And another note. You must be new because he did a film called Driving Lessons and there was sex in that. He wasn't even married. Shocker. According to your statement his "innocence" was ruined years ago and apparently you didn't notice. Well SURPRISE! And Technically. According to the film world. You are looked at as "A True actor" once you've done Broadway. Not Sex Scenes . Rupert is doing this film because he wants to. Because he liked the script. Not just to rub off his Ron image.

Posted by RachelAFusselman Apr 7th 2009

hahahaha:) It was a general statement, not drama. I wasn't bashing anyone, just saying how sad it is that sex has been so exploited. I didn't say that it isn't appending in the world yadda yadda yadda. Sex was made for marriage. I was just making a statement about how sad it is that actors and actresses don't really realize that :) Your the one who wants drama, here, obviously. There is no need to be mean or rude, like you are so dramatically being :)

Posted by RachelAFusselman Apr 7th 2009

*appearing, sorry, not appending(don't know where that came from) :)

Posted by Bellefleur Apr 7th 2009

Oh dear...

Posted by twirl0408 Apr 7th 2009

just watched the trailer. rupert really should not wear his hair that way. it does not look good.

Posted by jmnhermione435 Apr 7th 2009

Yeah I don't think I'll watch it, It would be cool to see Rupert in a different movie, but I'm not into the sex/drugs/party movies, (RachelAFusselman you LDS lol..?)

Posted by RoseMclane Apr 7th 2009

I'm sorry. I read it as drama. Saying "why? ugh.... why?" and calling it "sick". If this was porn that would have had some relevance but seeing as this film is not just about sex then you comment looks like you've blown it out of proportion. I was saying that this film is NOT want your making out to be. First off acting is a JOB and they didn't sign a contract saying they were going to teach people to keep their legs closed. You are saying you would prefer that all sex was kept in marriage even in film. I'm telling you to not get upset because that's not how life is and never has been and never will be. Its Real Life and you have to get over that. Sex was made for reproduction actually. Whether it should be kept between marriage is ones own personal opinion. And it sounds like bashing to me speaking as if the cast doesn't know any better. And you may be speaking about actors in general BUT you brought it up after watching this trailer.

Posted by jojoinpink54 Apr 7th 2009

muggleinNM--not all teenagers go on wild drinking and sex sprees and then killing people through drunk driving... I would think that it would be a sad day when that was accepted as a norm.

Posted by Jill_the_Impossible Apr 7th 2009

RachelAFusselman, chill. sex is part of life. this movie is meant to portray life as a teenager and lets face it-not all teenagers are innocent teenyboppers.

Posted by jmnhermione435 Apr 8th 2009

I agree with jojoinpink, its not just the sex, but also the wild drugs drinking and parties, not to mention the fighting, I don't want to sound like some sheltered kid or something, but why make a movie like that?

Posted by keerplunk2809 Apr 8th 2009

Well i personally can't wait to see this movie... of all the reviews i've read so far, they all say nothing but great things about Rupert's performance! and the movie in general. And i'm like so weird, but i kind of like that just like in music, this movie is not for everyone, it has an indie vibe that i just love. hahaha... i hope that what i say made sense.

Posted by RoseMclane Apr 8th 2009

Jo - Wild Drinking? YES. teens have been know to party and consume alcohol. This is not untrue to the film. Killing people through drunk driving? Sex sprees?Again. Where are your movie information from? This is not the case. Its NOT uncommon for teens to crash cars when alcohol and drugs are involved.

Posted by jmnhermione435 Apr 8th 2009

This is true RoseMclane, these things do happen, but do we have to make movies about it to make it even more common and acceptable?

Posted by muggleinNM Apr 8th 2009

Jo, I know it sucks but that is the way things are. I mean it totally blows that people are stupid enough to drink and drive and be exposed to terrible things like this, but be honest. There have been movies made of teenagers and their decisions to not drink, remain celibate, do drugs, and struggle to stick to their guns. It is only logical that movies be made about the latter. I mean I think we are still at a point where this isn't the "norm" but it isn't unheard of. I mean if we only made movies that were totally normal we wouldn't have bad as.s movies like Pulp Fiction, Death Proof, Requiem for a Dream, Brick, and other movies that are painfully relevant in some social circles.

Posted by muggleinNM Apr 8th 2009

*don't do drugs

Posted by HPFANTimothy Apr 8th 2009

Is it true that Tom Felton was found with pot in his bedroom?

Posted by Ingridtk Apr 8th 2009

Posted by bubblegumgirl Apr 8th 2009
