Congratulations Dan. :)

good for you dan! hes gonna start filming Dan eldon this year?

Posted by DraconianDevil May 23rd 2009

Wonderful. With a broad fandom with him, the shift of the HP character kid to a man of age and volatile experience in other few films have led him to a prestige place in his career. What other roles does he really aspire to have (besides a military role or as a 'horse-fondler' etc.)?

Just praise for tremendous work 8 shows a week. Surely an emotionally draining role, he truly gave a great performance the night I saw him. Richard Griffiths was absolutely spectacular in his role that still amazes me. The stage is certainly still the measure of a great actor.

well done to dan, he really deserves those awards :) :)

Yay!!! I voted for him. He was briliant in Equus, so he deserves it. Go DAN!!!

Great! Congrats Dan, you deserve it! He's now a professional actor ;) And let me hear anyone who DARE says Dan Radcliffe can't act ever again!

Congrats to dan! He fully deserves the awards for his outstanding performances. I'm still gutted he didnt get a tony nom but it seems the tonys focus on plays still on release... But dan has garnered so much praise and the fact so many critics and broadway insiders have acknowledged that he was worthy of a tony nom is impressive!

Dan risked a lot in taking the part in the first place. He knew that a flop would have spelt disaster for an acting career. Knowing what was at stake, he worked at it with a determination rarely associated with one so young and so famous. Dan has certainly earned my respect - as have his parents who have guided him so wisely. He is really mirroring Harry's path to success through his choices - both could have decided, early on, to go on diametrically opposite paths but didn't - choosing what's right rather than what's easy and instantly gratifying. Well done Dan - may you continue to keep a sane head on your shoulders!
