Michelle Obama and children to visit Potter set today
Back in January we told you that the Obama kids were invited to the Potter set by Dan Radcliffe himself. Today, it looks like they took up that invite! The Daily Mail is reporting that they'll be on the set today with their mother, First Lady Michelle Obama:The girls, both avid Potter fans, are expected to meet Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and the other stars of the movie.
The family will get a private tour understood to be conducted by Joshua Berger, an American who heads Warner Brothers UK.
He donated more than $33,000 to various Democrat election funds last year.
A source at Pinewood Studios said: 'It’s all been very hush-hush. Only a few people have known about the trip and they are going to pull out all the stops to make sure they have a good time.'

The Obama girls ARE Harry Potter fans...President Obama said in an interview that they read the books to their daughters and that he and Michelle are also huge fans of the series.

wouldnt it be pretty cool if they showed the harry potter an the deathly hallows trailer before half blood prince. meaning u see the trailer before they play the 6th film. that would be interesting and cool.

I am beyond tired of all the unnecessary fawning the Liberal media has doted upon Obama's family. They are not better than other people by any means, I don't care about them, don't want to see them, and I sure as hell think its beyond lame that even the Potter film execs are getting involved to pander to them. How about we focus on problems at home instead of wasting tax payer dollars to fly these kids to various freebie locations?

o well its pretty obvious obama has the power and the money-- a few donations and daddys girls pleading to visit the sets and there u go --golden tickets to meet greet and do whtever u want with the entire potter cast crew studio .its really unfair but wht u ppl also have to think about is has n e 1 seen the sets on gof ..the maze was just the size of a room now temme if u see stuf like tht b4 the movie and then see a big maze in the movie it aint gonna be much of a thrill all these girls have done is spoilt the surprise of seeing the magic in the movie
It wasn't true! The Mail is notorious for printing nonsense. Nobody remotely high up in US politics visited the studios all day. One of the security guys said, "there wasn't even a single bobby here" I'm glad actually. It would be nicer if disadvantaged children were given these sorts of opportunities instead.
