Jessie Cave back for Deathly Hallows
Jessie Cave back for Deathly Hallows There is a new interview with Jessie Cave, who plays Lavender Brown in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, in the July issue of Tatler magazine. In the interview, she discusses her "crush" on co-star Rupert Grint and how she got the part of Lavender Brown:

For the final audition I was kitted out in Hogwarts uniform and driven in a golf- buggy to the Gryffindor common room. I had to improvise in front of a room full of people with Rupert and a paper biscuit for half an hour.

The article also states that Jessie will be back for the final Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows film. One might recall that Lavender fights in the Battle of Hogwarts at the end of Deathly Hallows.

Oo that is cool to hear! It's nice to see that - so far - it seems that they're trying to stay very true to book 7! Also, her little story about the audition is funny :p

nice that they're keeping the continuity.

thats awesome even though she only has a small part at the end where she is attacked by Fenrir Greyback

That's so cool. She's such a good choice for Lavendar. I can't wait to see how good she'll do. :)

I bet she's going to be a popular character in movie 6, so they're gonna expand her scenes for movie 8. Like, at the end, when all of DA and the order are in that room. Any money they're going to make her hang around with Luna, Neville, Ginny and so forth. Id sure like it if they did!

I HOPE LAVENDER BROWN DIES IN DH PART 2!!! CUZ IN THE BOOK AFTER FENRIR GREYBACK MAULED HER SHE WAS PRETTY EFFED UP!!!

YAY!! That means the part when Hermione saves her from Greyback will probably be in the movie! I would LOVE to see Greyback get what's coming to him. I think Lavender is also in the Room of Requirement scenes before the battle breaks out.

Huh... I always thought she was dead in that scene, they fall from the floor above and she was badly injured by Greyback... It's nice they are bringing her back thou
