Poesy to begin Deathly Hallows filming shortly
Poesy to begin Deathly Hallows filming shortly Back in March, we told you that Clemence Poesy was in negotiations to reprise her role as Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Elle magazine is now reporting (test your French) that Clemence is in fact back in England will begin filming the final installment within the next 10 days.

Thanks to Will and Snitch Seeker for the tip!

Posted by Ruubski Jun 25th 2009

I can't wait to see how her character develops in the movie and which scenes will make the cut.

Posted by etimm4 Jun 25th 2009

WHOO! That's awesome! Deathly Hallows is going to be amazing!

Posted by elvaldo Jun 25th 2009

Yay! =D And wheres the other news post about her? I saw it, I swear I did! I clicked comments and it said 'Oops, you've reached a 401 page!' >_>. Haha

Posted by krazykobra29 Jun 25th 2009

yay!! wedding!! lol

Posted by Mattrixed Jun 25th 2009

To the third commenter: You must be joking if you expect there to be any character development for a minor character such as Fleur. Even Snape's character hasn't changed much in the five movies so far (though that pretty much has to change since it becomes pivotal to the plot of books 6 and 7).

Posted by Ruubski Jun 25th 2009

@Mattrixed - That's not exactly what I meant. I mean she was all kind in the fourth movie, nothing bad to spot about her attitude right? Maybe they won't even change her attitude, regarding the fact that she won't be in HBP (so no Fleur/Molly/Ginny fights) and they made up by the end of the book. But yeah, that's what I mean, Fleur's attitude towards other people.

Good! I'm so glad! I didn't even know she was gonna be back for DH! I'm so glad that she is!! I miss her!

Posted by SnivillusSev Jun 25th 2009

Thats good news. There WILL be a wedding :]

Posted by CandyCane23049 Jun 25th 2009

I wonder if the guy who played Oliver Wood is going to make an appearance or if they boy who played Colin Creevey is going to come back?

Posted by phoenixknighter Jun 25th 2009

NOOOO! I DON'T LIKE THIS, I HATE PHLEGM! I'll be throwing popcorn at the screen everytime she appears...

Posted by Gryffindor1991 Jun 25th 2009

Yay I'm glad she's returning to play Fleur.

Posted by Gryffindor1991 Jun 25th 2009

They will have every Weasley now if they get someone to play Charlie. I really wouldnt count Auntie Muriel because shes not the important and shes an old bat.

Posted by twipotter Jun 25th 2009

Auntie Muriel is important she tells harry about dumbledore past u no so they hav to hav her tho:-(i dont like her tho

Posted by iwantorlando05 Jun 25th 2009

Yay so exciting. I wonder if she's filming the wedding scenes now?

Posted by twipotter Jun 25th 2009

YAYAYA I love fleur:-)lol i no people will hate me for sayin it but i do next to luna,Ginny and Tonks shes one of my fav:-)

Posted by Ann Jun 25th 2009

"She's as much a fairy princes as I am" said Moody. Is that right? Humm. No reason not to like her in the books, but in the movies she was much more girlie-afraid - screaming a lot - than I read her to be.

Posted by Vipertooth23 Jun 25th 2009

@CandyCane23049: the guy who played colin creevey is now taller that Tom Felton :S

Posted by Vipertooth23 Jun 25th 2009

His name is Hugh Mitchel: http://farm4.static.flick r.com/3025/2556928893_91b deb9e15.jpg

I thought the kid who played Colin Creevey was renamed Nigel. He did look lke Colin, though. And I'm glad that Fleur is back. We know they were building Shell Cottage, and that there was to be a wedding.

Posted by severus_1215 Jun 25th 2009

Yay! I like Fleur :) You know, I was wondering if they would even have Colin in DH. It seems that Nigel kind of replaced him, though I like them both.

Posted by AndrewW Jun 25th 2009

I am so happy there are a lot of people coming back for Deathly Hallows, its amazing! Even if they are just in a scene for a couple of minutes its worth it because this is the end.

Posted by kapuffy26 Jun 25th 2009

I don't know, I may just appear a little skeptical, but I have a feeling the filmmakers will make the wedding Lupin and Tonks' rather than Fleur and Bill's. It would actually make more sense given that Lupin and Tonks' relationship has been really downplayed in the films. I may be wrong (and I probably am), but it's just a thought. I think I'd prefer to see how Bill and Fleur's minor relationship plays throughout the DH film.

Posted by WeasleyTwin Jun 25th 2009

They probably won't make a T&L weeding just so they could show it's really dangerous and hard to have things like that during these dark times.

Posted by Slytherin15 Jun 25th 2009

omg! i can not wait!

Looking forward to Ron reacting to her presence and Hermione disgusted--well, if they keep it in that is. Re: above, have they actually cast an Auntie Muriel? I'd love Judy Dench!! On a sad note: I saw Twilight. Sorry, but I just don't see what the big deal is. I thought the movie was very poor. My husband groanded the whole way through. I'm not 17 like my next door neighbour who is gaga over Robert Patinson. Seriously it was not a great movie. But, everyone says the book is better, so I'll read it this summer and give it a chance. The moral...HP is still better in my book, pardon the pun. I am not a teenager and it is still enjoyable to all age levels. My mom loves HP and she is 70.

Posted by Gryffindor1991 Jun 25th 2009

the havent cast an Auntie Muriel yet, i hope they keep the wedding between Bill and Fleur and not Lupin and Tonks, and Nigel is supposed to be a combinationof Colin and Dennis Creevey so they would have to cast them both. And HeRonFan is right Twilight sucks and Harry Potter is 100 time better.

Posted by iwantorlando05 Jun 25th 2009

The wedding will definitely be between Bill and Fleur. It would be dumb if it's not considering they've now cast Bill and Fleur AND they've built Shell Cottage. No idea why Twilight was mentioned...nor do I care. But I think it makes alot sense for them to bring in another Creevy-like character considering the other guy is a man now. lol. I think it will still be sad to see that kid, Nigel die in DH if they decide to kill him. I can't wait to see DH...especially after seeing all the new pictures of the Snatchers and Greyback!

Posted by roux89 Jun 25th 2009

Thank goodness! It wouldn't be right withought her.

Posted by Emma_Granger_Rulz Jun 26th 2009

OOhh yeah! Excellent! I was almost scared that they are not going to include her. Now all we need is VICTOR KRUM!! He better make an appearance! It would be SO funny to see Ron being jealous again!
