Bill Nighy excited to work with Yates on Deathly Hallows
Bill Nighy excited to work with Yates on Deathly Hallows Bill Nighy, who is set to play Rufus Scrimgeour in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, recently did an interview with ComingSoon.net about working with director David Yates.

"I was with him when he got the job a couple of years ago," Nighy told us earlier today, "and I said, 'Oh, well maybe now I won't be the only English actor who's not in Harry Potter' - that was like five years ago. Anyway, I finally made it under the wire. We may have talked about it before, but he's one of the most gifted directors I've ever worked with. He's a quiet genius, David Yates. I'm delighted and very pleased I'm going to be in 'Harry Potter,' but I'm doubly pleased because it's with David."

i loved Bill Nighy in Underworld, Pirates of the Caribbean and Love Actually. and i think he would do a wonderful job as Scrimgeour. Sadly, i think that would be something like a 5 minute role...

bill nighy is awesome. But I hope the director doesn't scr3w up, they should stay true to the looks for once. I hope they give him a lion like look.

Great, this is just what I wanted! I've loved Bill Nighy since "Still Crazy".
