It's got to be Battle of Hogwarts. Since it's either that or the Birthday Party for Harry, and there certainly weren't 43 people at Harry's party.

I'm guessing perhaps the scene where everyone (the DA & the Order) enters the Room of Requirement through the tunnel after being summoned by Neville.

Well it can't be the wedding thats already been filmed. So it has to be the Battle of Hogwarts (awesome!). I cant help but wonder if the Deathly Hallows DVD's will be released individualy or both at once, and will there be 2 sound tracks and 2 video games? No more delays I hope. I wonder What they will film after the Battle of Hogwarts scene.

It's got to be the room of requirement scenes. They are filming most of the battle later in the year and shortly after the new year including the Forest Again scenes right around Christmas, they've already filmed the wedding, so unless it's the epilogue it's got to be the room of requirment scenes. It's for sure one of those two.

Oh no ! They're probably doing Fred's death scene ! I won't be able to stand it ; I really think I'm going to start bawling in the movie theatre. x__x

Yeah it has to be the battle or the room of requirement. Look at his other tweet: "Now in posession of HP and the Deathly Hallows Part 1... only thing is - I'm shooting for Part 2 in two days time... hummm." Part 2 is only gringotts, malfoy manor i think, and then at hogwarts. since i think they've filmed shell cottage scenes, or at least OUTSIDE shell cottage.

OMG!!! I don't know why I'm so excited!! It's not like we're going to get video or pics of the filming but it HAS to be the battle!! 43 PRINCIPAL cast members!!!!! The only other scene I can think of involving that many characters is the wedding...and they've already filmed that so it HAS to be the battle!! I wonder if Emma is back in the UK? If they're filming the battle the trio have to be there. OMG!! I can't wait to see this movie!!!!!!!!! :D

Whoah!! 43 major cast members! I am so excited I feel like my heart just stopped, which is strange seeing as no one's going to know anything about the filming, you know, like footage or script. All the same, whatever it is (obviously the room of requirement or the battle of Hogwarts) it had better be EPIC!! I feel very sad to say: Fred, Lupin, Tonks, Colin Creevy (or in our case, Nigel) and so many others, your days are numbered. I want to hang on to this moment forever! This is soooo bittersweet! YEAH!!! (As was said above, I completely apply to that! Tomorrow in school probably band class or study hall and some of my favorite characters could be being killed over and over again! How will I focus?!)

Awesome!! Glad they're keeping it under wraps and NOT telling us, so we can keep remembering. Since Emma's not there, I'm guessing they are doing Room of Requirement or other BoH stuff.

No one's taking a shot at naming all 43? Principles means named, right? So - if it's the ROR, there's two scenes. First time that's the trio (3) - and 3 Weasly sibs, (F&G & G)second time no R&H - 2nd time Weasley's 9 (M&M,B&F,C,P,R&F,G) 1st time Gryffs: 8 Nev, Dean,Seamus,Lee, Creavys,Patil, LavLav, Ravs:5 Cho, Pad, Terry, MC, Luna, Huffs:? 2nd time add Angelina, Lupin, Kingsly, Wood... I'm not getting anywher near 43. So it's probably the battle. That's everyone here, plus Slytherins, plus the staff, named deatheaters, and named actors playing creatures.

I just realized, I could go for the Molly/Bella scene with Mad Mo just stepping right up to her mid-battle and saying "Not... (throw spell-blocked) my... (throw another spell -blocked) daughter..." *B A N G!!* and it's done. The idea of frumpy Molly and kick-ass Bellatrix actually dualing never worked for me anyway.

I'm thinking it's one of the Room of Requirement scenes. Emma is still at school as far as i know, and Ron & Hermione were in the chamber for some of that part. So it fits (at least to me it does lol).
