Really trivial.. But I HATE the way Voldy holds his wand. It is like "I dont think that you can beat me... So I won't even hold my wand properly..."

I understand many of you want to see a pretty looking Daniel Radcliffe, a gorgeous Emma Watson, but calling the slogan cheesy makes no sense! It's most probably a quote from the film! It's there to bring in Non-Harry Potter fans just as much - if not a lot more so - than us. I agree with 'madsci' - this is about films (NOT books) 5-7. It's foreshadowing, children! Foreshadowing! A sinister looking Ralph Finnies as an evil Dark Lord for the first promotional poster? What could be better?! We always see Harry, Ron or Hermione! Time for the Dark times to come to the forefront! That's the focus now, not just schooling and teen angst. People see Voldemort around the city or town and it draws attention. Simple is always more alluring. Anyone remember the first Matrix poster? Just green Matrix Rain and a date...awesome advertising. That's what this is - no one's seen Voldemort before in a poster... Anyway, I think it's awesome. Couldn't have created a better promo!

WOW! Fantastic! I love the line "You Will Lose Everything" its very good. Obviously referring to Harry losing everything when Sirius dies. It's a very thought provoking line for people who did not read the books. GRAND!!!

I like the poster, but I want to see more of the other characters. And the little slogan is kind of... well... not very creative. But it's still cool to see something with the 5th Harry Potter movie anyway!

cool! i don't know why people are making such a big deal about the poster having Voldemort on it. If anything, i'm glad it's not another poster with harry, ron, and hermione. i mean, i love them, but it's kind of redundant to have the same 3 characters on the poster for the past 4 movies. plus, this isn't the only poster that will be made for the 5th film.

No matter what there is always a bunch of you that seem to like to criticize everything. This is the best HP poster I have ever seen. The tag line is not meant to be literal of what will happen, is what Voldemort wants for Harry. Voldemort wants Harry to lose everything he cares about, he wants to make him suffer and then kill him. That is what this tag line means to me, and even if it is not canon, I think is pretty much in character. Perfect WB, at last people will see that HP is not only for children.

I'm not too thrilled. I wish it would have had Harry and maybe the trio in it. I think this is going to be the main poster of the movie, and I feel like it might turn some people off, especially families. I'm still seeing it of course, I just wish the poster was different. I wish they did a lot of posters for each movie, but they usually only do 1.

For the people that are whiney that the kids are not in it, don't worry I am sure they will come out with a less cooler poster with the brats front and center. They ALWAYS do!

Creepy and suspensful, although Voldy still makes me cringe. They should select Harry Potter fans to make up the logos and help direct the movies, they would be a lot better :) Can't wait for the movie!

WOW! Voldie looks FREAKING AMAZING. Ralph Fiennes is awesome. 'Nuff said on that one. [I LOVE the "Order of the Phoenix" text/font they used. Spooooky. heheh] And personally, I think the slogan is actually really cool since it's basically Voldemort's goal, isn't it? In his mindset, he wants Harry to first lose everything and suffer before he dies. And Harry does lose quite a lot this book. I mean, besides Sirius [which was hard enough for him] he also does lose a lot of innocence [or at least any innocence he still had] and its the most emotional-wrecking book yet, so I think the slogan sets that mood perfectly. Just my opinion. :)
