Do Daniel smoke? I saw someone saying it in a comment about drugs. He didn't do drugs, but he did smoke. I hope he isn't. Smoke is digusting!! And it is so funny that everybody reacts so strongly on Daniel's body hair. It is perfectly normal for a 17 year old boy, and it is not much! I do not believe it is child pornography either... Then they wouldn't have done it!

Let's see what I remember about the background of Equus. I believe the playwright had seen a newspaper article about a real life case of an English boy blinding horses, and had written Equus as an exploration of what could possibly happen in a boy's life to make him do that. The playwright is the same one who wrote "Amadeus," and the deal was almost similar. Antonio Salieri in real life, in his old age, claimed to have killed Mozart years earlier, no details I think, and it was dismissed as the ravings of a senile person. The playwright (Peter Shaffer?) wrote Amadeus as an exploration of how Salieri could possibly have done that. Both plays rely heavily on human psychology.

so i looked it up and the legal age is 16 for sexual consent...18 for homosexuals which i found strange that they had a different standard for that...------------------ ------------------------- ------------------------- -----------on another note i also found out that in england pornography is illegal so whatever they are doing cant really be considered pornography because it is illegal and would not be released.---------------- ------------------------- ----so if i go over to england is it okay to say he looks hot if its not legal in the US?

Well I could take or leave these pictures really, I'm more of a Ron girl myself. But the only thing that I find slightly, well, I'm not sure how to put it, so I'll just say it: Joanna Christie, Jill in the pictures, she's 24, and Dan is 17. Yeah, that's really the only thing that bugs me, I guess, about them.

Ok, so I think Dan did a good thing by expanding his career. I hate to admit it (because i'm more of a weasley gal myself) but he actually looks good. I have a concern that his fellow naked co-star is 7 years older than him...but welcome to acting. The only other thing I have to mention is that I feel sorry for the horse. He doesn't get a say in whether or not he wants to pose with a nude actor...poor thing. =)

Pornography isn't illegal in the UK, its only illegal if its considered obscene - therefore matter of opinion. As for ages, anything under the age of 16 which is considered indecent is illegal. Dan is 17 therefore its a mute point

Um. I'm 23 years old, and I know he's seventeen, but...holy crap that's a good looking boy. I mean, you have to think that he has been working on his pysique. Ever since GOF, I think we all knew he had given it some thought (hello? Bath scene!). I have to hnd it to him. This is a brave and terrific step for him. Dans body doesn't quite fit the description we get of Harry in PS. *looks-it-up* "small and skinny" That was one thing I didn't understand about the GOF Movie, why he contradicted that description by showing of muscles like trying to be extra-super-attractive. That's more something of a Cedric or Draco Thing, but not Harry's cup of tea. Well I guess it was the point he was trying to make, that there is more to him than "just Harry". Although to many of us that might be enough, I might add. I just hope he doesn't go nuts like so many actors before him who have lost it and then went on drugs.
