what is peoples' issue with his body hair? im a 16 year old male, with just as much body hair of course a lot of people dont have as much body hair as me or dan do at only 16 or 17, but its not as if its unnatural

I admit that I drooled with I saw the first pics of Dan the Man. But the black and white pics of him and the horse are a little disturbing. maybe this is the reason why they flooded us with so many pics of "nude" Dan. Soon, we won't like to look at them anymore and get on to more important things. Of course, it will take maybe a few weeks for the blushing and drooling to die down. lol Hopefully, the people who have booked tickets to see Equus will concentrate more on the play's drama than about the idea of Dan being naked.

Umm, wow, can I just say...well, no. I can't say anything. I'm literally speechless. Other than Rupert is seriously going to step up his game to get the ladies. But Dan's being so affable and nerdy in person makes up for the whole hot, naked, man thing.

I think it's so sad that he had to do that just to be remembered by something else than harry potter.. Plus he's 17, if you're posing naked at that age it should mean that your career is in trouble. I think these pictures are very professional. Daniel isn't Harry Potter!!!!! He is an actor and buy starring in a Professional Play, maybe it will make people see him for something other than Harry Potter! He is a great actor as we all have seen from his dynamic performances in the Harry Potter Films. And this is the perfect way for him to showcase his talents. Being naked has nothing to do with being a good actor or actress! Anyone remember Titanic Kate Winslet was AMAZING and still is! But nobody is still dwelling on the fact that she was nude!!! OK, so first of all, the horse and the nudity are required in the play - it was written with a horse and a naked boy in it. Everyone that has payed this part has appeared naked on stage. I have seen the play (not in UK) and the actor was naked and nobody was shocked or disturbed. This is art. Secondly, having body hair is actually NORMAL for men. They start growing it at around 15, I think. It's natural. NOT having body hair would be unnatural and creepy. Sometimes I think this advertisemnt-and-movies-f illed world has totally altered our perception of what's natural. A hairless male body is not. Dan would have looked ridiculuous if he had shaved his breast and belly. I think he looks gorgeous and the photos are fantastic.

I'm a guy so I'm not fussed about the photos, but some of the comments on here are pretty laughable. It's up to Daniel Radcliffe what he does in his career. People who say Harry Potter shouldn't do this sort of thing seem to be forgetting that Harry Potter is a fictional character, Daniel Radcliffe on the other hand is an real life actor. He's making a living for himself. He's bound to want to do other roles apart from HP, and it's selfish of Harry Potter fans to want to hold him back. DR isn’t stuck in time, he’s got to move on, and so have Harry Potter fans. What’s wrong with him wanting to do other stuff whilst the HP is still being filmed? Rupert Grint, Maggie Smith, Robbie Coltraine, Alan Rickman… they’ve all done other films whilst HP has been going on. And the photos aren’t illegal, DR is ‘of age’.
