Just because hair on the body is natural doesn't mean it's attractive. He should shave. Just like we girls (unless we're French) all shave our legs and underarms, he should shave as well. He doesn't have to go out looking like an animal.

Wow. I am so glad that Dan is breaking the steriotype. That is a really tough thing for an actor to do, especially for Dan who has been seen as the face of Harry Potter for years. I also think that the world overreacts to nudity. It's no secret that it's there, but when it's in the open, people seem to be shocked to see it. All in all, I respect Dan for taking this huge, controversial step in his career. Despite what the HP fans think, the acting community will see this move as a commendable one.

Am I the only girl on here that doesn't find him attractive? I don't know why but something about him has always annoyed me. He is nowhere near as good looking as Johnny Depp or Viggo Mortensen. But good for him for trying to break away from HP, even though he won't succeed.

For all those young ladies who reckon he should shave his body hair off, I can tell you, having had a couple of boyfriends who did just that for the sake of vanity, a guy with his natural body hair is much more attractive, and much nicer to cuddle up to, than a guy who's covered in stubble. And to the poster who asked "How could he do this to us?", please spare me! He's a young man with a career in the real world. He doesnt live, suspended in time, on a pedestal except it seems in some peoples imagination. If Daniel Radcliffe doesnt want to be Harry Potter forever then he's going to move on to other roles. rivendellroseOSU, when daniel's acting was the issue, a lot said that Daniel sucks and most said he's cute. I agree that he has a nice personality but that's not enough. He should either be a model or make his own talk show but acting is not his thing...at least not in a huge book adaptation as Harry Potter. I stand by what I said, we need a new Harry Potter.

Dan normally has about three different expressions that he uses throught the entire movies. He just stands there, reading lines with no emotion. The PoA scene where he started crying was laughable and embarrassing. So are all the other scenes in which he actually has to show a shread of emotion and not just stand there looking ridiculous.

Haven't read all of the comments, but some of them are darn nasty! I think Daniel Radcliffe is going to have it harder than any other child star in terms of getting out from under the yoke of Harry Potter. I think he has done a fabulous job in the movies. I think he's a wonderful actor and has improved even from the 1st to the 2nd movie. Sometimes child actors have to go for shock value to escape the stereotype. And since Daniel is also a gifted actor, I think that this will end up serving him well. Good luck, Daniel! P.S. I'm a little too old (20 years older) to be looking at those pictures. Let's just say, he's a very good-looking young man!

He is so brave for stipping off especially when there is so much hype and so many expectations. I have loads of respect for him (not that I didn't respect him anyway!). To everyone who has been putting him down, just think about how nervous you would be if it was you, then add in all the crap he's getting from you guys. And on top of that, how much has he changed since the prefects bathroom scene!?!? I swear if he was 25 I'd be stalking him.
