Evanna, you're way too cool. And you're just like me, planning out how it's going to go that day. XD I am, indeed, insanely, ridiculously, indescribably excited. Basically? I'll be in the midst of a summer course when the book comes out, but I won't let any work interfere with it. July 20 is bound to be the greatest day ever. 11:30ish, I'll head out to the bookstore. Soon as I get my hands on it, I'm taking it straight home, reading straight through the morning, and simply not putting it down til I'm done. I think at least one mourning day will be required, yes. Or perhaps a year.

That sounds like a plan to me. I'm starting to like her more and more. I'm in a ballet summer session during the release date but my Mom is coming down and we're planning to go to B&N, get our que tickets (because barnes & nobles closes and then reopens). We'll go see the movie, then come back as soon as the store reopens to get the book! I'm going to try and read it nice and slow though. Make the Potterness last. I'm also going to avoid all telephone calls, e-mails, etc, just incase for spoilers. As for the mourning day, it might turn into a mourning year.

Security concerns for a teen girl who happens to play a Harry Potter character? It seems rather unlikely, but...stranger things have happened and with all of this stuff going on in the world, who knows. (the 700 member pedophile chatroom rings a bell right now...) I like Evanna, because she knows the books and was a fan before the movie, rather than after and we know she actually likes it, instead of trying to drum up fans or the like.

I love Harry Potter because it's fantasy. It's like in our world but somewhere else, so you can escape from all the boring stuff of this world that you don't want to know about. On getting the last book: This is my schedule - I get out of a summer course on Thursday night, go to the bookshop, start queuing, queue all day Friday with my biggest Harry Potter fan friends, then read all of Friday night, all of Saturday, and then Sunday is a mourning day. By the way everyone, a new magazine scan has been released and it says that the name of Fred and George's joke shop is apparantly called 'Weasley & Weasley' insted of 'Weasley's Wizard Wheezes' in the movie - bit disappointed about that, but hey... anyway, back on topic - I CAN'T WAIT FOR OOTP!! I think Evanna is fabulous. She is so real and sincere and I love how her love of Harry Potter got her the part as Luna. Her plans are almost the same as mine!!!!!

The day after DH is my birthday, so i don't really want to be mouring tooooo much!!

She is too sweet, I love the fact that she is sucha die hard fan. However she is upsettingly naïve if she thinks she will be able to just waltz into line, and not be bombarded by fans. I feel sorry for the staff of the bookstore in which she hopes to pick up her copy of DH, they will have more than they bargained for on their hands.
