Short biography: Joshua Herdman is an eighteen-year-old English actor, born 9 September 1987 in Uxbridge Road Hampton. He is best known for his roles in the Harry Potter films as Gregory Goyle. He has starred in all four existing movies, and it has recently been confirmed that he will reprise his role in the fifth adaptation, Order of the Phoenix, which is currently filming. He started acting when he was seven years old. His father Martin is an actor and managed to get his son an agent. When not filming, Josh enjoys playing the drums and saxaphone, rollerblading, roller hockey, golf, rugby, football, boxing and rap music. He is the youngest of four brothers and currently resides in St Margarets, a village just outside of Richmond, where his family owns a carpet shop.
