Filming Information Current Filming Status: (10/11/2009) Filming for parts one and two are still underway and filming is believed to be on schedule. In early October, Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy) and Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort) were shooting scenes together. Evanna Lynch and Matthew Lewis confirmed in late September that producers for the film were making sure the Final Battle was receiving a lot of attention in terms of detail and length.
Actor Mike Edmonds (who plays Gringotts Goblin) told Echo News that he was filming his scenes in October. David Thewlis (Remus Lupin) revealed in an interview that he will be filming through March. Meanwhile, Brendan Gleeson (Mad Eye Moody) wrapped filming in mid-September. Scenes confirmed: the Seven Potters chase scene, the Wedding, Gringotts, Shell Cottage
The Part 1/Part 2 split: Warner Brothers had hoped to keep the exact split between Deathly Hallows Parts 1 and 2 under wraps, but actor Joshua Herman (Goyle) revealed at a fan convention that the split was planned to be made right after the trio are captured by the Snatchers and right before they are taken to Malfoy Manor. Please note that Warner Brothers has made it clear that they may change where the split occurs, so this information may change. January 26th marked the first day of test shooting for Deathly Hallows, as revealed by Emma Watson on her official site. Unfortunately, just days later it was reported that a stunt double for Dan Radcliffe was seriously injured while testing an explosion scene.
