US Quidditch Cup I: November 11, 2007
Middlebury, Vermont
In the first ever Quidditch World Cup, only two teams participated: Middlebury College and Vassar College. The home team won the game, thus becoming the first ever Quidditch world champion.
The tradition continued, and the next Quidditch World Cup soon followed.
US Quidditch Cup II: October 26, 2008
Middlebury, Vermont
The second Quidditch World Cup, which was also held in Middlebury, Vermont, had 13 participating teams. However, Middlebury College also won the second world cup, thus remaining undefeated.
