Band Fails to Have “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” Barred in Canada

We informed you a couple of weeks ago that a folk group called The Wyrd Sisters had secured a court date where they hoped to have Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire banned from distribution across Canada. They believed that their band’s name was being used in the film without permission and that it would ruin their reputation. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reports today that their motion has been dismissed, much to the delight of all Canadian Harry Potter fans!
