UPDATED: Recipe of the Week: Butterbeer by Ashly

If you’ve been to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, you’ve probably enjoyed the sweet and delicious taste of butterbeer. If you haven’t had the chance to go yet, perhaps you can still enjoy a taste of the Wizarding World from your own home with this recipe.

This week’s recipe was sent to us by Ashly, who recently spent her honeymoon at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort. While visiting the park and sampling the butterbeer, Ashly just knew she had to find out if duplicating that wonderful flavor was possible. She describes it as a “whipped shortbread cookie.” After testing with several formulas, Ashly may have it here. Try it for yourself and let us know what you think.
