Recipe of the Week: Padfoot Cupcakes

This week’s Rosmerta’s Recipe would be terrific as a birthday treat at school or for an upcoming party at home. Just ask my daughter Leah. We made this recipe together for her school, but we put our own little Harry Potter flair on it and called it Padfoot Cupcakes. We decorated each cupcake with a peppermint patty and some Junior Mints over a bed of white vanilla icing. This transformed these delicious treats into a dessert that Sirius Black would be proud of.
