From Witch to Wallflower: Emma Watson signs on to next film project

It was announced today that Emma Watson – the actress who plays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films – has signed on for a lead role in The Perks of Being A Wallflower. From Screen Daily:

Logan Lerman will play the main character opposite Watson as his first love.

[Stephen] Chbosky adapted the screenplay from his own novel and makes his feature directorial debut when production kicks off in the summer.

We’ll let you know when a release date is set!  Logan and Emma look like they could be a great on-screen couple.
