MuggleNet’s SnitchCenter is now open – Comprehensive Muggle Quidditch Coverage
MuggleNet has teamed up with the International Quidditch Association (IQA) for comprehensive coverage regarding the extremely popular sport of Muggle Quidditch. To keep you all informed of the happenings around the world relating to Quidditch, we have created MuggleNet.com’s SnitchCenter.
SnitchCenter will be updated daily and will include Quidditch News, Scoreboard, Teams from around the world, World Rankings, Upcoming Events and Tournaments, Quidditch Videos, and of course the Quidditch World Cup center.
Quidditch season is underway currently all around the world and has been growing at a very fast pace. Due to the brilliant work of Alex Benepe and the staff at the IQA, this years Quidditch World Cup will host 100 teams from 5 nations and is slated to have 30,000 fans in attendance at Randall’s Island in New York on the weekend of November 12-13.
MuggleNet will be at the World Cup to cover the event as well as host four (4) LIVE feeds for viewers who can’t be there to watch the event on their home computers. There will be Wizard Rock, a wide selection of entertainment side shows, and a soon-to-be-announced Headline Artist. Additionally, the final match of the World Cup, including the World Cup Championship, D1 semi-finals, D2 Championship game, an All-Star game, and closing ceremonies will be held on Sunday, November 13th in Icahn Stadium.
