“Deathly Hallows – Parts 1 & 2” nominated for British Academy Children’s Awards
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has just announced the nominations for the 2011 British Academy Children’s Awards, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 27th at the London Hilton, Park Lane.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Parts 1 and 2 have been nominated for the Feature Film category alongside Kung Fu Panda 2 and the Disney hit, Tangled.
In addition, this year’s Awards celebrtes the BAFTA Kids’ Vote powered by Yahoo. Children 7-14 years old will have their say across the whole range of entertainment media in a nationwide poll to choose their favorite film, television programme, website and video game.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Parts 1 and 2 are on this shortlist for voting along with Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides and Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
Voting for the BAFTA Kids’ Vote opens today and closes at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2011. Children can vote by going to this link.
